  HI!
  We are a family made up of an Italian: Giovanna and a Spaniard: Adrián and two children aged 3 and 8: Iago and Iria. The children speaking both languages. We are open and active people: we like to do many things! We love good food and good music. And also traveling, reading and physical activity.
  
  From home we run a cultural NGO, focused on fostering and promoting the reading habit, specially among children. With that purpose, we have an online bookshop and we design cultural activities such us storytelling, puppets show...
  
  A couple of km away, we have an organic garden with an orchard, where we grow up our vegetables and fruits.

  The workawayer can learn both Italian and Spanish because we are native speakers.
  
  We are usually surrounded by lovely friends, so the workawayer can meet nice people and have a pleasant and peaceful stay with us.
  
  Our house is located in a very calm area, surrounded by lemon trees and by the Segura river. So you can also relax and meditate. The house has a confortable internal patio and a large terrace where you can spend pleasant time.
  
  A small but well-furnished town is just 5 minutes by walk from our house and the capital, Murcia, is 9 km away and there is a cycle line directly by the house, so it's quite easy to do sport and to arrive to the city in a smooth way. We will provide a bike to enjoy getting around along the river. Besides, there is a direct public bus to the city center.
  
  Due to the fact that we run a bookshop, the workawayer will have access to hundreds of books that could be readen for free.
  
  The nearest beach is just half an hour by car and all of them are really beautiful.

  Arbeit

  The main help will be with the children (a girl of 8 and a boy of 3) and with the house.
  
  We would need a person with a driving license, just in case, because we live in a semi-rural area and sometimes is helpful.
  
  We would appreciate someone who loves children and is good at cooking.
  
  We also have an organic garden with vegetables and fruits (about 8km away from home), where we go weekly to maintance it and from time to time also to enjoy the place doing picnic. Our hosted person could also join to us in this tasks, just in case she/he loves it.

  Unterkunft

  The accommodation is a large house with an internal patio, a terrace, two bathrooms and a coworking room. The workawayer will have a room all to her/himself and a bicycle to move around with.
  
  We follow a Mediterranean diet, so it includes occasionally fish and meat, but we mainly cook vegetarian dishes. We also buy mainly organic ingredients, so the person who will stay with us will enjoy healthy food and quality products.
  
  It must be taken into account that Murcia is a very hot city, so you must love Sun!!
  
  In case that you're a smoker, it is allowed but just in the open spaces of the house, not indoor.

  Around the house there is a very quiet countryside area. At 100 meters there is the Segura river with the cycle path that takes you to the city and from which you can see beautiful sunsets. The center of Murcia can be reached by bike or bus and in the historic center there are interesting monuments and museums. Furthermore, it is a city where are organized many cultural events, often on the street, due to the good weather. Not far away there is also the sea (beautiful) and some interesting mountain places.
