He was particularly helpful with tasks around meals and making my kitchen tidy again, took the initiative to prepare meals for my family and the other workawayers. It was nice for me to have him helping m in the kitchen
Raul worked with great precision, which was particularly valuable when he took on the task of painting the wooden window frames, a job that requires a lot of attention to detail. His meticulous approach made all the difference.
Both Mikael and Raul were a joy to have, and our family hopes to see them again in the future.

Other amazing things about this place was the big family dinners, ping pong table and pool, the ability to borrow a car if you are an experiences driver and that you could shape the working hours depending on what the group wanted!

… read more enchanted by the beauty of the setting and the company. Leaving was difficult. I would have liked to continue restoring the beautiful shutters, or help Franc, a skilled, kind and helpful artisan, with the wall in the entrance hall. Benedicte and Jean-Luc are extremely kind, cultured, wise and interesting people with whom there was a pleasant and enriching communication right from the start.
Together with their very nice daughter Jane and three other workawayers, we had a very enjoyable time. We took care of the windows, the persins, and the paint in the living room, and so we were all able to learn something. At the end of the day, whether it was work or rest, we gathered for a lavish aperitif under the magnificent plane trees.

The estate is truly beautiful, with a great view of the nature around and closely situated to many towns and beaches in the south of France. The family was very kind and generous and made sure we feel as comfortable as possible!

… read more a day, 5 days a week. However, they were very flexible and allowed us to create our own working schedule. I mostly sanded and painted walls, old doors and shutters, learned a lot and had much fun doing so!
I spent most of my free time at the pool, beach, towns close by or playing pingpong. However, dinner at sunset was probably my favorite!
