Beschreibung
My partner Jorg and I are renovating a beautiful old farmhouse in the village of Arbos in Catalonia. We have vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees, a vegetable garden and chickens. We also have a friendly dog named Wilma.
We are a gay couple and welcome people of all ethnicities and backgrounds. If you have difficulties with either gay people or animals this project is not suitable for you.

I (Tom) speak English as a first language and I speak Spanish at a good level. My partner (Jorg) speaks Norwegian and English at native level.
We have a range of skills to share (and maybe learn some too from our visitors) we can offer language exchange/practice. General DIY, gardening etc. We are also keen on cooking vegetarian meals from the garden produce. We also spend time conserving food as well. We are expanding our rain water collection systems and also building irrigation solutions for the vegetable garden.
We grow a lot of fruit and vegetables, eat eggs from our chickens and olive oil from our own trees.
Arbeit
We are looking for help with seasonal projects such as tending to the fruit trees as well as regular daily jobs such as caring for the chickens and the vegetable garden.

The village of Arbos with 5.500 people is literally 5 minutes walk away. It has a train station with connections to Barcelona. The town of Sitges is 30 minutes drive away.
We are friendly and respectful people. We ask that anyone visiting our home treats us and our home with respect. We will do the same to our guests.
