  Hi my name is Kate and I live on the island of Skiathos, Greece with my family.
  
  We are setting up a life here and I would love some help, especially with happy energy and activities for my 7 year old , and help with us learning Greek and doing homework Grade 1. I'd also love a bit of assistance cooking. If any time left some house stuff too.
  
  The role would generally include playing with my son after school, and support with learning Greek and doing his homework. We love music, playing instruments, dancing, sport and lots of adventures ; we also have an amazing community of friends that offer part time wild schooling, so if you love education and outdoor learning then we have plenty for you to do and always welcome lovely energies to get involved with more group activities.
  
  We have a nice house 10 minutes walk to the beach and forest and 20 minutes in car to Skiathos town.
  
  We are a happy family with lots of activity, especially in the summer, but we work a lot and need someone who can just fit in to our family life, and also be quite independent when you're not helping.
  You'd have your own space and we would share some meals ... it can all be discussed before hand and we can adapt for each person.
  It' important you get your needs met too!
  
  The help I am requesting Workawayers to do will only be for my private home/garden and not in any spaces that will be used by paying guests

  We are a professional family from South Africa and Wales and we are carpenters and artists that run multiple businesses, and will be very happy to share experiences and knowledge.
  
  We are partners with a local ngo and we do workshops, wildschool and community workshops with people from all over the world which you can participate in.
  We love Skiathos and are busy exploring it ourselves so we can do it together. We are joining local events and theatre, visiting local farms and i'd love some company to do this together and learn about Skiathos together.

  Arbeit

  I have a large house and family that I need help taking care of, so a few house chores, but most importantly, I would love beautiful souls to help look after my 7 year old and support our Greek schooling and community schooling journey.
  
  We are connected to a local NGO where we are learning about sustainable living practices, gardening and becoming good humans! So a couple of times a week we do activities with a small group and I'd love someone to come with creativity and enthusiasm to help with this.
  
  We can discuss what you like to do and where best you'd fit before you come. x

  Unterkunft

  We have traditional holiday apartments. You will sleep in one of these. If you come during the summer months you will be in a smaller volunteer room which can be yours privately or you can share with a friend.
  They have their own kitchen and bathrooms etc...
  
  We will provide basic food stuffs for you and then we can arrange which meals we will share and who can cook.

  Skiathos is beautiful, theres 60 beaches to explore, mountains and hiking, magic forests, an old town. It's a beautiful island. You can also visit the surrounding islands of Skopolos. In the summer there is a lot of toyrists, buses, boating, beach bars etc...
  
  We like to do everything. Stay at home painting, going to the beach. We bike, sup board, keep fit, meet friends, do renovations on our house, painting furniture, and listening to music.
  You'd be welcome to join us or have your free time to yourself. We are very easy going.
