  Hi, I am Miguel, we have a small nice Hostel in el Valle de Antón Panamá. Its a beautiful mountain place and we want to focus more on the area of health and wellness.
  We have been one year open and we keep improving and remodeling.
  
  We employe one full person and another part time based on needs. We love health and wellness and want to focus more on that. We would like people to do yoga and help cooking healthy.
  El valle is an amaing place, an old million year volcano, ideal for hiking and nature adventure.
  Its a few hours away from Panama city.

  I am from Spain, living in Panama and you can practice spanish as well as get to know this beautiful place, a village developed as an old crater volcano. Also you can do creative work here like painting. Here people come from many different countries so cultural exchange as well as interactions is guaranteed. Fun is a must.
  
  Workawayers will befenit from interacting with people from different countries and continents. Most of our customers are people who are travelling all around LatinAmerica and offers an opportunity to meet fascinating people and get to know and learn about different countries from the exchanges. They will have a constant flow of travellers.
  
  We treat our volunteers with maximum respect and care so they feel part of our family and team. We share meals together as well as trips and excursions. And we have a blast with the dogs.
  Our lasts volunteers came for a few days and stayed for a few weeks.
  We teach about Panamenian culture as well as living in a volcano surrounded by mountains. And we make an effort to learn from every one life experiences.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for general support in the hostel as cleaning, reciving reservations as well as other projects. We are adding a few designs in the rooms and the motorhome.

  Unterkunft

  We offer bunk bed in a share mix dormitory but could also be upgraded into a small private room.
  
  Host will provide breakfast and one additional meal per day. We share meals with staff, other volunteers and even guests.
  Both staff as well as volunteers help prepare the meals. Volunteers have the option to cook themselves too.
