Looking for a couple for house chores and help with a 6 year old boy on the beautiful island of Ilhabela, Brazil

  Welcome to our profile :)
  
  I've been an ESL teacher for over 16 years. I'm from Ilhabela, a northen shore island in São Paulo, Brazil.
  We are currently 3 living in a two story house. I have a 6 year old son, Lucca. He's a very smart, talkative and energetic boy. I also work with the Sacred feminine, Reiki, and astrology. My partner, Emanuel, is a relationship and career coach.
  
  I've been looking for someone or for a couple, who feel like integrating into a family to help me with the house chores so my partner and I can have more time to dedicate to work,
  Emanuel works online most of the time and I am either teaching face to face or online.
  However, I need to commit more time to work. I could accomplish so much more if I didn't have to spend so much time with cleaning, cooking, washing, and all the details that maintaining a house clean and organized demands. The routine throughout the week also demands a lot in order to get things done within the right time to take Lucca to school.
  
  Besides that, I also would love to practice and improve my English skills with a native English speaker! No need to speak Portuguese at all. My son is used to the language and it would be perfect to develop his language skills,although he isn't fluent, he loves English. But being a native or fluent at English is not mandatory at all.
  
  We also have a small cat, her name is Ametista. She's very sweet and peaceful.
  
  I've been a workawayer before, I backpacked in Europe in 2016. I stayed in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Malta. Workaway was what made this trip become possible and now I am glad to offer this opportunity to someone coming to one of the most beautiful islands in Brazil.   Initially, I'll always a suggest a one week experience so we can measure how much and for how long we would like and would be possible to stay together. At the moment, I'm in need of help from now (end of October, 2023 until the beginning of December) after that, my son will travel to his father's house and my house will be available for rent for the Summer season.

  You can explore and learn about the beautiful nature of this island through trails, lookouts, beaches, waterfalls, birdwatching, jeep and boat tours. There are all kinds of attractions, from high ticket to low, and they are all worth it.
  You can also learn Portuguese from us, Brazilian recipes.
  As a couple, Emanuel and I are very energetic about work and fitness lifestyle. We like to eat healthy and have standard diets we follow. But of course sometimes we eat something different to break the routine. We love exercising and dancing, so you can join us if you feel like doing it.
  I can share my knowledge and practice about Reiki, Astrology, and Sacred Feminine.

  Arbeit

  Most of the help consists of cleaning the house, maintaining it clean and tidy.
  Washing the clothes, folding and keeping them.
  
  In terms of schedule, it would probably be something as follows:
  
  ❋ Around 7:30 preparing breakfast, lunch, and Lucca's box for school and doing the other house chores until 10:30.
  
  ❋ Then you would have a big break to enjoy the daylight.
  
  ❋ Then, at 5:45, pick up Lucca at school- he studies 3 minutes away from here- spend time with him at a big beautiful square where all the kids stay playing for about one hour. Then come back and support him with shower, pajamas, and dinner. As that would probably take another hour, that would make a total of 5 hours per day.

  Unterkunft

  We live in a story house downtown nearby banks, supermarkets, beaches, and the like.
  Everything is a ten minute walk from us.
  The house has a view to the mountains, to a river and to a beautiful green scenario the island offers.
  
  There are 2 bedrooms in the house.
  At the moment I have 2 single matresses we could offer as bed, and the floor is made of wood, so it is not cold.
  They stay at Lucca's bedroom, so you would share the room. There are plans to buy a babysitter bed.
  
  We have only one bathroom, so we'd share the shower. There is a small toilet downstairs.

  During your time off you can explore the island going to the beaches, waterfalls, shipwreck museum, nice restaurants around, live music shows, some for free, others in local bars.
  
  The neighbour cities are very beautiful as well and you can enjoy them on the weekend. There are local communities beaches to visit where you can go camping or stay in an inn.
  
  You can ride a bike which I can lend you one when I am not using it and you can also go through nice trails if you like walking.
