to follow my vision, we (bettina, anna & daniel) moved out of vienna into the country many years ago. we awakened an old farmhouse with ecological and historical materials & artistic flair into life. it has become through the years a small but very fine center for consciousness development , culinary, musical and craft creativity . we are a non-profit association which wants to encourage as many people as possible to learn creative.
the courtyard, painted in warm colors, is situated on a hill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forest. it has now become a small paradies, - but there is always "a lot to do". the large magic garden seduced again and again to remodel . - driftwoodfence , grazing braids , natural stone walls, mosaics, benjes, flowers, shrubs, trees, - they all want to be cherished. a well-equipped workshop invites you to experiment - we are open in new ideas , collect or grow (wild)herbs. glaze walls, build objects, lawn mowing, pick up fruits, cut wood, help in the kitchen. after a hard day's work we will play together music , talk, explore the area, or whatever. we look forward to active help in house, yard & garden. welcome to the idyll!

um meiner vision zu folgen sind wir (bettina, anna & daniel) vor vielen jahren von wien auf`s land gezogen. aus einem alten innviertler dreiseithof, den wir ökolog./künstlerisch renoviert haben, ist im laufe der jahre ein kleines, aber sehr feines zentrum für bewußtseinsentwicklung, kulinarische, musikalische und handwerkliche kreativität. geworden. wir sind ein gemeinnütziger verein, der möglichst viele menschen zum kreativen lernen ermutigen möchte. der in warme farben getünchte hof liegt auf einem hügel, eingebettet zwischen wiesen, feldern & wald. in diesem paradies gibt es ständig "a lot to do". der große zaubergarten verführt immer wieder zum umgestalten. - schwemmholzzäune, weidengeflechte, natursteinmauern, mosaike, benjeshecken, blumen, sträucher, bäume, - wollen gehegt und gepflegt werden. eine gut ausgestattete werkstatt lädt zum experimentieren ein, - wir sind offen für neue ideen. ihr könnt mit uns kochen, (wild)kräuter anbauen bzw. sammeln. aber auch wände lasieren, objekte bauen, rasen mähen, obst klauben, holz schneiden, in der küche helfen. nach getaner arbeit werden wir gemeinsam musizieren, tratschen, die gegend erkunden, oder was auch immer. wir freuen uns über tatkräftige mithilfe in haus, hof & garten. willkommen in der idylle!

wenn es zeit und wetter zulassen, entführen wir dich ins salzkammergut zu unseren seen und bergen. oder wir erkunden gemeinsam die umgebung. fahren mal zum trommeln, oder auf ein konzert. wie es sich halt ergibt.

creative time: learn how to build objects of different materials for the garden, mosaics,

schärding (25 km), salzburg (70 km), passau (35 km) are all worth seeing.
the salzkammergut with its many lakes is about an hour away from here.
the area, - with its hills, fields, meadows, forests and rivers is a lovely feast for the eyes. there are many thermal baths, hiking possibilities and again and again
music festivals or concerts. both in the jazz, world music direction or traditional
blasmusik. cinemas are also within easy reach.

An amazing place with an amazing host. Bettina is really kind and sharing. The house and the garden is completely magical ! The work is easy and intersting I really felt usefull during my stay. isabella is a cheerful person. Unfortunately, the cold and wet wheater made her not really happy. - Brazil is different to austria in winter time. but she did her best in the garden. although she prefered the warm house, - understandably. and there she was good at cutting vegetables & helping in the kitchen.

marek was a good week here. it was very pleasant to work with him. we built in the short time i.a. a fence, made of natural materials. yet he was sent by hand, contributed his ideas , and entertained me with philosophical discussions.
