Beschreibung
Our family is comprised of myself, Sam, my husband Elan and our three sons. We are looking for someone to help care for the boys as well as participate in our other projects such as gardening and home projects and cleaning.
We live in Harrington, QC. We are in the heart of the forest. We are located about 25 mins from Mont-Tremblant, an international tourist destination. Our region is known for it's beautiful lakes and rivers , hiking trails and outdoor activities. One can find hiking trails, gardens, a private lake and more.
In our free time we like

- Swimming in the lake

- Relaxing in a hammock
- Singing in the sun
- Listening to the forest
- Hiking
- Canoeing
EATING delicious food!!!!!
Our expectation is for the Workawayer to integrate into family life and help where possible. Gardening and food transformation are things the workawayer can participate in. We also have various hands on home projects underway which the workawayer can contribute to should they wish to. We would love help with caring for the boys, light cleaning and meal prep. The kids all now go to childcare, school or camp most week. We can offer a unique forest experience as well as food and lodging. Additionally, help with transportation and activities is offered. Payment may be possible depending on workload. We appreciate someone who doesn't mind to do some cleaning. There's always things to clean. Always. Always. -

Elan and I have a lot of knowledge in various fields such as eco construction, organic farming, the natural environment, cooking, food preservation, and more! We both speak english and french and Sam also speaks Portuguese and spanish. We are happy to share the knowledge we have with our workawayers.

Unterkunft
We live in a 2 floor, 3 bedroom house on a small country road. The workawayer has access to their own small bedroom in the basement for added privacy. It's not a spacious room, but the bed is comfortable and there is a side table, a dresser, a mirror and a window. There is a second full bathroom in the basement for their use as well as a laundry area.
