About Us.
We live on a quiet property on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, in a peaceful coastal setting with a mix of garden, yard, and ongoing small projects.
Life here has a simple rhythm — a few hours of helping out, then lots of space to do your own thing. People often spend their free time exploring the coast, relaxing, or working on personal or creative projects.
We also have some creative things happening around the property, including ceramics, art, and occasional multimedia or music work. Nothing formal — just part of the environment.
We’re close to the ocean and sometimes get out on the water when timing and conditions allow, but day-to-day life is generally quiet and low-key.
Couples tend to fit well since the accommodation is private and self-contained, but we’re also open to independent travellers who are easygoing and self-sufficient.

The Help
Help is mostly outdoors and practical — things like gardening, yard cleanup, small building projects, and general upkeep around the property.
It can be physical at times, but we keep things fair and straightforward — usually a few hours a day, with plenty of downtime afterward.
There may occasionally be opportunities to help with creative or workshop-related projects, depending on timing.

We would love to help you learn, and explore the area and create lasting memories. We can teach you pottery, music, help you record a video, learn to DJ and other things like this. Happy to train. We might be able to go out on the water or up in the mountains with you, if time allows and weather.

The work is physical and practical. Typical tasks include:

It can be repetitive at times and mostly outdoors. We appreciate steady effort, reliability, and the ability to follow clear instructions.

The work athmosphere was realy relaxing and friendly and we also had the posibility to manage the worktime on our own. In our rainy freetime we worked on our car and their helped ous by using their tools. With their insider tips we could explore the city and… read more
