  We’re a warm and busy family of six—two parents and four wonderful children—living on a peaceful 5-acre hobby farm just outside the vibrant regional city of Bathurst, NSW.
  
  Our home offers the perfect blend of country charm and city convenience. You’ll enjoy a beautiful rural setting with open space, fresh air, and animals, while being just minutes from town and only 2.5 hours to Sydney or 3 hours to Canberra for weekend adventures.
  
  We’re looking for help with day-to-day care tasks and join us in the fun of life.
  
  A car is available for personal use and daily trips, and you’ll have plenty of time to explore, connect with like-minded people, or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

  We are a dynamic family of six, living in a massive estate in Bathurst. We are in the midst of launching a company while managing a bustling household with four energetic kids. This is where you come in!
  
  We are looking for an allrounder or great at a few tasks, ranging from childcare to cleaning, farm animals and home maintenance. If you're someone who enjoys helping in one of these areas and being part of young, fun, cruisey family, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
  
  What We Need:
  We need support with day-to-day life, helping us balance the demands of our growing business and a busy home. Tasks can include:
  
  Childcare: Help us with the kids – play, assist with schoolwork, or watch them while we work on the business.
  
  Cooking & Meal Prep: Assist with preparing meals for the family, or help out with shopping and organising meals.
  
  Yard Maintenance & Gardening: Help with outdoor tasks, keeping the yard in shape, gardening, and general upkeep.
  
  We have a lot going on, so any help in these areas will relieve some of the pressure, allowing us to focus on our business while still having a comfortable and loving home life.
  
  Community & Family: You’ll be part of our close-knit, welcoming community, and work alongside us on our construction projects, get involved in our family life, and see the daily workings of a startup.
  
  We value positivity, flexibility, and above all having a great outlook on life, as we do. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, has a good sense of humor, and is ready to pitch in where needed, we’d love to hear from

  Unterkunft

  You will have your own room and bathroom downstairs in the house. All our family lives upstairs so unless we have guests staying you will have the whole downstairs area to yourself. This leads out to our swim spa, outdoor kitchen and bar area.
  All meals are included also.
  Meals & Food: Come Hungry, Stay Happy
  If you love food, you’re in the right place.
  
  We’re a family of entertainers, they’re a daily celebration. The kitchen is the heart of our home.
  
  There are no rigid meal plans here. It’s a group conversation, a “what-do-we-feel-like-tonight?” kind of vibe. Whoever’s around joins in on the decision-making — sometimes it's a homemade pizza night, sometimes it's Thai curry, BBQ, or “let’s just eat everything in the fridge” tapas. If you love to cook, you’ll be appreciated. If you just love to eat, you’ll be equally welcome.
  
  Pantry Situation:

  We keep the cupboards and fridges loaded with staples and goodies, and if there’s something you love and it’s not here — just add it to the list. We’ve got a car specifically for our Workaways/Au Pairs, so you’ll be able to pop down to the shops whenever you need and pick up your favorite snacks or ingredients with our credit card.
  
  Gluten-free? Vegetarian? Allergies? No problem. We’ll work around your needs — or better yet, you help shape the menu.
  
  There’s always coffee, always chocolate, and usually someone asking “who wants a snack?”
