It was so amazing time there.
I could spend with Morten and Lousie for 10days.
I could feel comfortable because they are nice people. Louise is busy person, but she is always calm and relaxed. Morten is funny and curious about my culture, so we could share the culture.
I helped to clean rooms of summer house and collect Timbers.

I feel so happy to stay there.
We eat dinner together and talk about a lot of things!

We spent almost a month with Mortem and Louise. During this time we have learned many useful things, at work we cut hedges, we help with the horses, we help to build a future apartment and a stone path. The best of all this was Mortem's determination to teach us to do many new and useful things. Sometimes it was difficult and hard but we will
… read more never forget everything he taught us. In our free time we enjoy the beach, the nature and the tranquility of the countryside. Louise took us some weekend to do fun things and Mortem also like going to meetings of classic cars. We liked to share dinner every night and talk about what we had learned, joke and enjoy good food.
We hope we have helped you and that we meet again some day. Thank you so much!

Christoph was an incredible nice young guy who helped us with a lot of enthusiasm. He worked very well with the animals with respect for the sheeeps and he showed patience when he worked with the horses, He had a good understanding for the jobs we offered and he solved the asignments with responsibility. it has been an amazing final month with workaway!
Morten and Louise were so welcoming, always had a plan about the jobs to do and a good eye, for what one could manage to do and what not...
besides we had great talks about animals in general, ethics in working with them, handycraft in all kinds and tricks while doing such work, cultures, languages
… read more and so on...
we had a BBQ almost every evening, thanks to the good weather and their aim to have good and filling food everyday and when Hjelde joined us, we had even better talks...
Alberte took us (me and my new chilenian friends) to Hillerod for sightseeing and me for a ride, which was also awesome besides every trip, I did on my own was awesome as well, as there's so much green nature around for a run and some nice beaches for a swim...
the jobs included care for the chickens in the morning and evening, mostly carpenting things with Morten, as we renewed some things around his parents house, e.g. a new terasse, new painting, new drains (very funny to do on a rainy day), grass strimming, walks with the dogs, Nesse and Mille, cat cuddling and in my case also a little training with Borneo, the arab horse...
all in all it was a nice balance between practical help, where you could see, what you did and some animal care, which was simply feeling good and kind of refreshing!!
thanks for this awesome experience, as it was a perfect ending for my workaway!!
I hope to see you again this year and will not forget the one or the other story (e.g. onion olympics, lightning frightening, steps in the sand)

We were a month and a half with Louise and Morten. It was a wonderful experience, we met and shared his family and they made us feel at home. We spent 3 weeks at Louises and Mortens house and had a very good time there!
The most of the time we worked outside. We cleaned e.g. the horse stable, cut trees and hedges, painted, made new fence, collected apples and stuff like that. Working hours were always between 4-5 hours and never longer.
Depending on Louises and Mortens time, we ate
… read more together or we cooked on our own in the little, lovely apartment. That was very fine with us. The meals we had together were always very delicious and danish. Despite Morten and Louise are quite busy people, they tried to spent as much time with us as possible and showed us a lot of traditional danish things. They took us e.g. to Copenhagen (Tivoli), wehre we had a nice evening together with their daughter, and they organized even a little danish bithday party to Jan.
Thank you very much for this experience! We hope that we'll meet again in the future.

… read more service was perfect. Many of times we spend the diner time together that evenings were exciting and funny. In the free times we traveled a lot in Denmark, the countryside and the seashore is beautiful.
Louise and Morten kind and hospitality people. This area where they live is a very peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed it and we were happy here.
Well, we were lucky because we came to knew Louise and Morten, we hope we will meet again in the next year too.
