We are a family of 4 running a small resort on a beautiful tropical island Kapas Island. We have a restaurant and 8 rooms. We are looking for help around the resort.

Are you looking to escape to a tropical paradise? Maybe this is the opportunity for you. We are a South African family running a small resort on Kapas island. Kapas island is on the east coast of Malaysia in the state Terengganu.
Our guests are mostly European, Australian but we also have Malaysian and other Asian guests.
We have 8 rooms and a restaurant. Our maximum capacity is 22 guests. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
We need general help around the resort, keeping the beach clean and picking up all the plastic, room cleaning, keeping the guests happy and helping with our 2 South African kids aged 11 and 13.
We offer 3 meals a day and cool drinks, coffee and tea.
You will have a private room with a shared bathroom
We are a small team of 2 South Africans and our kids and two local staff members. There is about 10 other resorts on the island and in the evenings the locals get together on the beach and play some guitar around a bonfire. This is a great way to interact and learn more about the Malaysian culture.
The resort is open from 10 February until middle October. This is a paid job. If you are flexible and can help where needed, not older than 35, want the opportunity to stay on a beautiful island surrounded by coral reefs then this is your chance. We are looking for one couples only.

There are no roads are Kapas island so you will only need your feet to get around
We prefer non smokers and people with knowledge of food and the service industry
We do have limited WIFI so if you are a wifi and phone addict this place is not for you
