Help me finish off some home improvement projects in the village of Héry, France

  I live in a beautiful old barn in the centre of a small hamlet in rural France. Having travelled and worked in many different countries myself for the last 20 years I have settled in Hery and would like to make the house a place to welcome like minded people. The area has a lot to offer from pretty villages and attractions, lakes, biking and walking trails and even the French branch of El Camino de Santiago. Therefore I'd like help with some general DIY. No skills required, just some common sense and determination.

  Héry is a typical French village which is very welcoming with a chance to speak French with the locals and visit many attractions, churches, museums and Chateaux. Or immerse yourself in nature by enjoying the 100s of kms of walking or biking trails and a dip in one of the surrounding lakes.

  Arbeit

  Most of the hard graft has been done, I'm on the home straight! I need help finishing and making good. Help will be general and varied and could include help with plasterboarding, painting, wood trim, tiling, moving furniture, gardening, wood stacking etc. No skills needed, common sense, motivation and determined is what I'd appreciate.

  Own room in one of the almost finished bedrooms in the house.

  Was noch ...

  Life here is usually very relaxed, líttle bit of work, sit in the sun, walk, swim. There is a train to Paris from the nearest town but no local transport to speak of.
