  I’m currently transforming my home into a calm, wellness-inspired sanctuary — with greenery, outdoor styling, and a relaxing spa-style space.
  
  I enjoy painting, being near the water, and creating beautiful, peaceful environments.
  
  This is a relaxed, independent home — perfect if you enjoy your own space, nature, and a slower pace.
  
  I’m friendly and enjoy a chat or shared meal sometimes, but I’m naturally someone who values quiet and independence.

  Arbeit

  The heavy groundwork is done — now I’m looking for someone practical and reliable to help bring everything together.
  
  Tasks are varied and flexible depending on your skills:
  • Garden tidy-up, weeding, pruning (especially lime tree 🌱)
  • General outdoor clean-up and organisation
  • Creating and styling the outdoor wellness area
  • Painting the shed and outdoor areas
  • Building a simple cover for pool equipment
  • Running/setting up outdoor lighting
  • Light DIY and practical finishing touches
  
  Optional indoor tasks (lighter):
  • Decluttering and organising (especially wardrobe)
  • Light cleaning and home styling
  
  We’ll keep things flexible and match tasks to your strengths 👍

  • Surfers Paradise: 10-minute bike ride
  • HOTA (Home of the Arts): 10–12 minute walk (gallery, theatre, markets, lagoon, cafes)
  • Supermarkets: 12-minute walk (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi + Post Office)
  • Shops & food: directly across the road (cafes, takeaway, grocery options)
  • Bus stop: less than 1-minute walk
  House Rhythm & Expectations
  
  I like to keep a calm, respectful, and easygoing home environment.
  
  This is a space where we work together during the agreed hours, and outside of that, everyone enjoys their own independence and downtime.
  
  A few simple things that help everything flow nicely:
  • Being reliable and taking pride in your work
  • Cleaning up after yourself (especially shared spaces)
  • Keeping noise and energy calm and respectful
  • Communicating openly and kindly
