  We are a small family looking to welcome a couple into our home through Workaway. If you love living in nature, enjoy hiking, cooking healthy food, gardening, and playing with children and dogs, this might be the perfect fit for you!
  
  About Us:
  We are a family of four: myself, my husband, our 3.5-year-old daughter, and our 5-year-old Bernese Mountain cross Australian Shepherd dog. Our home is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house on a half-acre of land. We have a two-level backyard, a huge deck, and a fire pit. Our home is located right beside a Provincial Park with an old-growth forest and is just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
  
  We own a small plumbing company with locations in Vancouver, Bowen Island, and on the Sunshine Coast. My husband works out of the home Monday to Friday, while I work from our home. We believe in alignment with our desires, practicing appreciation and gratitude, and striving for excellence in everything we do. We love to share our experiences and the knowledge we've gained about this way of living.
  
  Location:
  Our home is situated in the beautiful Madeira Park on the Sunshine Coast of B.C. We are surrounded by stunning old-growth forests and are just a short walk from the ocean. The town center is a 5-minute drive away, and there are many fresh water lakes nearby for swimming.
  
  We are conveniently located between two ferries: the Horseshoe Bay ferry to Vancouver or Whistler, and the Earls Cove ferry to Powell River, offering endless opportunities for exploration. From Powell River, you can even take a ferry to Vancouver Island.

  My husband and I are both born in B.C. We have cultural knowledge of how BC came to be from the early settlers days. My family came to live here in 1896. The best part about this location is the outdoor activities. Hiking, swimming, kayaking and exploring.

  Arbeit

  We have a busy household to maintain, we need releif on the daily duties of running a home. We need help with daily cooking healthy lunch and dinner. We need help with daily household cleaning, gardening in the summer (we grow our own vegetables and watering and have weeding), walking the dog, and holding playing with our toddler.
  
  We are looking to attract a couple who are happy to lend us a hand, know how to cook and clean without instructions and help us have more time for business work. Being self starters and taking action without waiting to be asked is a must.

  We have a full suite with a bedroom with queen bed, living room and a bathroom with a shower, and laundry. The laundry and kitchen is shared. There is a kureg coffee maker with organic coffee and tea in your room. And a second fridge on your level to use.

  During your time off you can explore nature, go for a swim at the lake, ocean kayaking, biking. This is a nature lovers paradise.
