  Hi there! We are Juan Carlos and Juan Diego, two friends who, combining skills, passions, and time, decided one day during a phone call to launch a circular economy farm project.
  
  We are located in the department of Boyacá, at approximately 2,000 meters above sea level, between the municipalities of Guateque and Tibirita — a setting that grants us an excellent climate and a breathtaking view. We share our home with goats, chickens, bees, oyster mushrooms, and a beautiful little dog named Mai.
  
  Our purpose comes down to one statement and two essential questions:
  
  We have an ecosystem in our hands. What can we do to preserve it in the best possible way?
  We have an ecosystem in our hands. How much profitability can we generate without putting the environment at risk?
  
  More than an economic project, this is a home full of colors, music, creativity, laughter, and a great sense of peace.

  ¡Hola! Somos Juan Carlos y Juan Diego, dos amigos que, uniendo habilidades, gustos y tiempos, un día en una llamada telefónica decidieron iniciar un proyecto de granja de economía circular.
  
  Nos encontramos ubicados en el departamento de Boyacá, a unos 2.000 m.s.n.m., entre los municipios de Guateque y Tibirita, lo que nos garantiza un excelente clima y una privilegiada vista. Nos acompañan cabras, gallinas, abejas, hongos orellana y una perrita hermosa llamada Mai.
  
  Nuestro objetivo se resume en una afirmación y dos preguntas esenciales:
  
  Tenemos un ecosistema en nuestras manos. ¿Qué podemos hacer para conservarlo de la mejor manera?
  Tenemos un ecosistema en nuestras manos. ¿Qué tanta rentabilidad podemos generar sin poner en riesgo el medio ambiente?
  
  Más que un proyecto económico, esto es una casa llena de colores, música, creatividad, risas y mucha tranquilidad.

  Here at the house, Juan Carlos and Juan Diego are two people with different approaches to life but with this project in common. You'll learn about rustic construction, mycology, beekeeping, environmental conservation, local gastronomy, and history, because if there's one thing we both love, it's talking and teaching. We're passionate about exchanging ideas, learning, and sharing knowledge. Bogotá D.C., the cultural center of Colombia, is just 2 hours from the farm. The town of Guateque, the commercial hub for the surrounding small towns, is 30 minutes away. The town of Tibirita, a small place that allows you to connect with the local cuisine and people, is just 5 minutes away.

  Acá en la casa, Juan Carlos y Juan Diego somos dos personas con enfoques de vida distintos pero con este proyecto en común. Aprenderas sobre construccion rustica, Micologia , Apicultura, conservacion de medio ambiente, gastronomia local e historia, porque si hay algo que en conjunto nos encanta es hablar y enseñar. Nos apasiona intercambiar ideas, aprender y compartir conocimiento.
  A 2 horas de la finca se encuentra Bogotá D.C., centro cultural de Colombia. A 30 minutos está el municipio de Guateque, el punto comercial de los municipios pequeños aledaños. A 5 minutos se encuentra el municipio de Tibirita, un lugar que, al ser tan pequeño, te permitirá conectar con la gastronomía y las personas locales.

  We are looking for travelers willing to exchange human knowledge, creative people who like to build with all kinds of materials, grow any kind of food and take care of different animals.

  Unterkunft

  The house has two floors. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, a shared bathroom, and two rooms: a study and the guest bedroom, which features two beds and a private bathroom. On the second floor is our bedroom, with a balcony that doubles as a workspace and our favorite spot to unwind in the afternoons.
  We provide two meals a day: one at midday and one in the evening.

  La casa consta de dos plantas. En la primera se encuentran la cocina, el baño social y dos habitaciones: el estudio y la habitación donde se hospedarán los viajeros, que cuenta con dos camas y un baño privado. En la segunda planta se encuentra nuestra habitación, con un balcón donde parchamos en las tardes.
  Te brindamos una dieta de dos comidas al día: una al mediodía y otra en la noche.
