  We are the Rozas Ávila Brothers and we are working to turn our place located in Puntilla, Pichilemu. The cabins, were for many years a family project managed by our Mother, but since 2020 we take command. Located 200 meters from the surf point of La puntilla, a few blocks from the center and near the best restaurants on the Costanera, we also have good transport all year. The place moves mostly in Summer and is for a family audience but the idea is to give it life all year. We have 5 cabins for rent, equipped with the basics. There is only one person working on the staff, the manager is Rodrigo, one of the brothers, he is in charge of everything: administration, cleaning, shopping and organizing everything.
  
  Somos los Hermanos Rozas Ávila y estamos trabajando para darle un giro a nuestro lugar ubicado en la Puntilla, Pichilemu. La cabañas Floripa, fueron por muchos años un proyecto familiar manejado por nuestra Madre, pero desde el 2020 nosotros tomamos el mando. Ubicado a 200 metros del point de surf de La puntilla , a muy pocas cuadras del centro y cerca de los mejores restaurantes de la Costanera, contamos además con buena locomoción todo el año. El lugar se mueve sobre todo en Verano y es para un público familiar pero la idea es darle vida todo el año. Contamos con 5 cabañitas para arrendar, equipadas con lo básico. Hay sólo una persona trabajando en el staff, el encargado es Rodrigo, uno de los hermanos, él está en cargo de todo: la administración, la limpieza, compras, la cocina y organizando todo.

  We don´t speak too much English but we want to improve , so we offer to make an exchange of languages (in the case of English speaker visitors) and try to correct each other so that you can improve your Spanish and our English, at the same time. We are very close to the Point de La Puntilla so our workawayers can go surfing in their free time or enjoy the beach. We garantee very good sunsets in the sea and a relax vibe at the house. Pichilemu is a very nice and quiet place to live, with beautiful landscapes and good waves- We have been coming to this house for 20 years so we consider ourselves practically locals and we can give you the best tips to make your stay here cheap and fun. .
  
  Nosotros hablamos poco inglés pero queremos perfeccionarnos, entonces, ofrecemos hacer un intercambio de idiomas ( en el caso de los vivitantes anglosajones)y tratar de corregirnos mutuamente para que ustedes mejoren su español y nosotros nuestro inglés. Estamos muy cerca del Point de La Puntilla por lo que nuestros ayudantes podrán ir a surfear en sus tiempos libres o aprovechar la playa. Les aseguramos muy buenos atardeceres en el mar y una vibra relajada en casa. Pichilemu es un lugar muy lindo y tranquilo para vivir, con hermosos paisajes y buenas olas- Venimos a esta casa desde hace 20 años por lo que nos consideramos prácticamente locales y podemos darte los mejores tips para que tu estadía acá sea barata y a la vez divertida.

  Arbeit

  We want to give our cabins a 360 degree turn. We need to receive helpers with new ideas and projects, we are open to listen and absorb ideas and experiences from people around the world to strengthen our place as much as possible. We handle the place in a fairly basic way and we need an organizational push. We also need help with more domestic things, such as: daily cleaning for guests and maintenance of the cabins. Make daily purchases for home, cooking, cleaning, building, remodeling and gardening. We are also willing to receive artists that give life and color to our spaces, works of art, photography, audiovisual material and murals welcome. Help with internet, calendar organization and stays, excell, etc. We are not asking to help with preparing or serving either food or drinks to paying customers.
  
  Queremos darle un giro de 360 grados a nuestras cabañas. Necesitamos recibir ayudantes con nuevas ideas y proyectos, estamos abiertos a escuchar y absorber ideas y experiencias de gente de todo el mundo para potenciar nuestro lugar lo máximo posible. Llevamos el manejo del lugar de una manera bastante básica y necesitamos un empuje a nivel organizacional. Además necesitamos ayuda en cosas más domesticas, tales como: limpieza diaria para los huéspedes y mantención de las cabañas. Hacer compras diarias para el hogar, cocinar, limpiar, construir, remodelar y jardinería. También estamos dispuestos a recibir artistas que le den vida y color a nuestros espacios, obras de arte, fotografía, material audiovisual y murales bienvenidos. Ayuda con internet, organización calendario y estadías, excell, etc. No pedimos ayuda preparando o sirviendo ni comida ni bebidas a clientes que paguen por consumirlos.

  Unterkunft

  We have a room in our house with 2 bunk beds, so there s 4 beds. We want to receive a maximum of 2 assistants in that room. You will have space in the closet to leave their clothes. We would all be sharing common places like kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms. We exchange accommodation for work plus 3 meals. You will have free access to cook whenever you want and we are close to supermarkets and minimarkets. There is WIFI
  
  Tenemos una habitación en nuestra casa con 2 camarotes, es decir 4 camas. Queremos recibir máximo 2 ayudantes en esa habitación. Tendrán espacio en el clóset para dejar su ropa. Estaríamos todos compartiendo los lugares comunes como cocina, living, comedor y baños. Intercambiamos alojamiento por trabajo y 3 comidas diarias y tienen libre acceso a la cocina cuando quieran y estamos cerca de supermercados y minimarkets. Hay wifi

  La idea es que trabajen 4 a 5 horas diarias con 2 días libre semanal. Puede ser en la mañana o en la tarde. Todos los días en la mañana, o la noche anterior, tenemos que juntarnos a definir tareas.
  
  Estamos también a pocos metros del point para surfear de Infiernillo y a 9 kms del point de surf de Punta de Lobos hacia el Sur. Hay ferias para comprar frutas y vegetales todos los miércoles y sábados en el centro de la ciudad. Durante el año puedes inscribirte en los talleres deportivos gratis de la municipalidad. Hay taxis colectivos que pasan cerca de casa y estamos a 10 /15 minutos caminando del terminal de buses
  
  The idea is that you work 4 to 5 hours a day with 2 day off. It can be in the morning or in the afternoon. Every day in the morning, or the night before, we have to get together to define tasks.
  
  We are also a few meters from the surfing point of Infiernillo and 9 kms from the surf point of Punta de Lobos towards the South. There are fairs to buy fruits and vegetables every Wednesday and Saturday in the city center. During the year you can register for the free sports workshops of the municipality. There are collective taxis that pass close to home and we are 10/15 minutes walk from the bus terminal
