  This is a farm/beach house located in Assos, Canakkale. It is still in progress. The project is %90 built with recycled, local and natural materials. It aims lowest carbon footprint and its powered with solar/ wind energy.
  
  The beach house can be reached by a car within one hour from the city of Canakkale and ten minutes from the ancient city of Assos. The house is on an unspoiled small bay which is located in front of Lesbos Island. The closest residential area is fifteen minutes walking away, basically the house is the only building on the bay. Therefore it is a great place to enjoy the calm, intimacy and peace that comes from connecting with nature.
  
  The project is %90 built with recycled, reused, local and natural materials. Mainly constructed with timber, glass and stones, the house could be demounted and almost entirely recycled, leaving no trace of its existence. It aims lowest carbon footprint for the environmental integrity of the area. Carefully designed to maximize energy sufficiency, it is powered with renewable solar panels and wind turbine.
  
  After a difficult process of cleaning the field from the leftovers of refugee crises resulted with a enormous environmental pollution in 2015-16, all the operational needs of the building are designed environmentally sustainable with zero impact on nature.
  Management of biological waste, water treatments and recycling for irrigation are some of the methods for supporting the regeneration of the garden and farming fields.

  Since the fresh water is recycled for gardening and growing trees, other than olive oil soap, no care or cleaning materials containing chemical components (such as shampoo and conditioner) can be used in the sink and shower.
  
  Since the house is located in a completely natural environment, guests staying in the area are responsible for their own safety. Care should be taken against creatures that may cause a danger in the area, such as insects and scorpions.
  
  In order not to disturb the silence and serenity of the area, telephone conversations should be kept short and carried out outside the common area as much as possible.
  
  During the construction of this space, all the works that are carried out taking into account environmental sensitivity and carbon emissions. Organic waste is composted, and the remaining waste is taken from the area by the guests in their own vehicles.
  
  Since the use of electrical energy and clean water is limited, energy and water should be consumed efficiently.

  I have lived / travelled abroad and in Turkey as well. I speak Spanish, Italian and English. I am a music and performing arts producer, anyone who likes arts (and swimming) would enjoy this place more .

  Arbeit

  I need help for designing the garden, growing the plants. I need help for woodwork, you dont have to know carpentry but a simple assistance would be nice while I make a wooden chair or table. I need someone to take care of the place and cats, while I am away for some days. Anyone who has a good camera and filming equipment is more welcomed :)
