  Our project began in Tarifa in 2018 as an initiative based on direct experience, hands-on learning, and personal development applied to real life and entrepreneurship.
  
  Over the years, it has primarily developed in person, through manual work, crafts, and daily interaction, understanding doing as a path to awareness, responsibility, and personal autonomy.
  We are now entering a new phase of expansion, aiming to transfer everything we've learned to the digital environment. We want to use online tools to structure, organize, and professionalize the project, allowing its focus and content to reach a wider audience.
  Our goal is not simply to "be on social media" aimlessly, but to build a useful, coherent digital presence aligned with the project's values, centered on e-commerce, online marketing, content creation, design, and communication.
  
  We are looking for people interested in collaborating in this phase of digital growth, with knowledge of or interest in developing skills in e-commerce, digital marketing, Google Ads, and graphic design, and with a practical, build-oriented mindset. The collaboration is conceived as a conscious exchange: we offer a real learning environment, active participation in a functioning project, and practical experience within an entrepreneurial ecosystem with a solid foundation, track record, and long-term vision.
  
  This project isn't for those simply looking to travel or "try something new," but rather for people with a genuine interest in contributing value, learning by doing, and being part of a meaningful and purposeful expansion.

  Nuestro proyecto nace en Tarifa en 2018 como una iniciativa basada en la experiencia directa, el aprendizaje práctico y el desarrollo personal aplicado a la vida real y al emprendimiento.
  Durante estos años se ha desarrollado principalmente de forma presencial, a través del trabajo manual, la artesanía y la convivencia diaria, entendiendo el hacer como una vía de toma de conciencia, responsabilidad y autonomía personal.
  Actualmente entramos en una nueva fase de expansión, con el objetivo de trasladar todo lo aprendido al entorno digital. Queremos utilizar las herramientas online para estructurar, ordenar y profesionalizar el proyecto, y permitir que su enfoque y contenido lleguen a más personas.
  Nuestro interés no es “estar en redes” sin sentido, sino construir una presencia digital útil, coherente y alineada con los valores del proyecto, centrada en e-commerce, marketing online, creación de contenidos, diseño y comunicación.
  Buscamos personas interesadas en colaborar en esta fase de crecimiento digital, con conocimientos o interés en desarrollar habilidades en e-commerce, marketing digital, Google Ads y diseño gráfico, y con una mentalidad práctica y orientada a construir.
  La colaboración se plantea como un intercambio consciente: ofrecemos un entorno real de aprendizaje, participación activa en un proyecto en funcionamiento y experiencia práctica dentro de un ecosistema emprendedor con base, recorrido y visión a largo plazo.
  Este proyecto no es para quien busca únicamente viajar o “probar algo”, sino para personas con interés genuino en aportar valor, aprender haciendo y formar parte de una expansión con sentido y dirección.
  Para conocer mejor el enfoque del proyecto, contamos con un canal de YouTube donde compartimos contenido y profundizamos en los conceptos que lo sostienen. Recomendamos verlo previamente para valorar si el proyecto resuena con la persona interesada.
