  Beschreibung

  We are Maurizio and Gaja, a couple living in north Piedmont in the rural area below the pre-alps and very close to Oasi Zegna, we live in a tiny village called Casapinta (400 mt above sea level). We have moved here recently due to our decision to leave big city (Milan and Como) to start a new chapter in our lives, we like to be more in contact with nature and smaller communities.
  Maurizio works as musician, music therapist and has a smart job as sound technician.
  Gaja works as Ayurveda therapist and has a morning part-time job in Biella.
  We live in a small house with a big garden in front of the woods. It is very peaceful and quite and well exposed to the sun. Spring and summer months are always full of little jobs to do and we would appreciate your help with easy stuff like cutting grass or watering.
  For the rest we offer good company, language exchange, good healthy food, music.
  Regarding accomodation you can choose either to spleep in the loft or in our tent in the garden. You will share our bathroom and tiny kitchen.
  We ask for 4 hours work per day x 5 days a week, in exchange of food and accomodation.
  
  IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
  Public transport here is very limited, there are only 2 buses a day to the nearest town of Cossato, where there is a train station and all the shops you need.
  So we have two bikes available or you can bring your own. Please note that the landscape is hilly!
  
  Please note that we live with a cat, so for the time being we cannot host people travelling with pets, as our cat doesn't react well to other pets.
  As this will be our first experience hosting workawayers, we would start from no more than 2 weeks stay.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  Gaja: I can help you with your Italian, English and Spanish. Could you help me with German or Portuguese? That would be fun!
  I am an Ayurveda therapist (indian traditional medicine) and I can teach you the basic principle of ayurveda and how to keep healthy in your daily routine.
  
  Maurizio is a musician, sound healing operator and sound tecnician, so if you are into sound and music stuff you are very welcome to learn new things with him or to play together.
  
  We occasionally host small concerts in our garden to support some musician friends, so you are welcome to enjoy with us.

  Arbeit

  We always need help with our garden and green garden, easy stuff like cutting grass or watering.
  This summer we would like to create a small pergola in our garden and we would appreciate some extra hands to help us, as well as with painting and sanding some old shutters.

  Unterkunft

  Basic accomodation, private room with bathroom and kithchen shared with us.
  We will provide you with food from breakfast to dinner, but you are also very welcome to cook your own food if you like or need to. We mostly eat vegetarian, with eggs and cheese.
  We have a green garden, so the veggies comes either from there or from the local market.

  We are very close to Panoramica Zegna a very beautiful place for trekking, wood bathing, and also very close to Oropa Sancuary also very famous for trekking and to Valsesia. There are plenty of rivers with cristal clear waterponds where to swimm and refresh yourself, and if you are a mountainbike lover we are actually on a famous circuit ()
