  We are a family of six: two adults, boys ages 10, 12, and 19, and a two-year-old girl. We live on the outskirts of town and farm approximately one hectare of organically grown vegetables. This year we started growing strawberries. The plan for the future is to add fruit trees and a small food forest. We also have chickens, cats, and two horses, because until recently we used animal traction. Currently, due to time constraints, we use machinery. Another note: we are in the process of moving, so we are between the garden and the renovations.

  Somos una familia de 6: dos adultos, chicos de 10, 12 y 19 años y una nena de 2.
  Vivimos a las afueras del pueblo y trabajamos aproximadamente una hectárea con hortalizas diversas de manera ecológica. Este año incursionamos en las frutillas. La idea a futuro es agregar frutales y un pequeño bosque de alimentos.
  También tenemos gallinas, gatos y dos caballos, porque hasta hace un tiempo hacíamos tracción animal. Actualmente por cuestiones de escasez de tiempo, usamos maquinaria.
  Otro dato: estamos en proceso de mudanza, así que estamos entre el huerto y las reformas.

  I think working the land respectfully speaks volumes about who we are and who we aren't. It's about getting to know the island's rural life, culinary customs, and more. We speak Catalan and Spanish. My partner is Mallorcan, and I'm Argentinian, so we have a bit of both cultures at home.

  Creo que trabajar la tierra de manera respetuosa habla bastante de cómo somos y cómo no somos. Es conocer la vida rural de la isla, las costumbres culinarias, etc.
  Hablamos catalán y español. Mi pareja es mallorquin y yo, argentina, asi que tenemos un poco de las dos culturas en casa.

  Arbeit

  Basically, I need help with the garden and some home improvements: painting, some woodworking, fixing a door, things like that. Although I don't need you to babysit my children, it goes without saying that you'll need to be patient because there are quite a few of us in the house and the kids are starting to reach difficult ages.

  Básicamente, necesito ayuda en el huerto y alguna reforma en la casa: pintar, algún trabajo con madera, arreglar alguna puerta, cosas así.
  Aunque no necesito que cuide de mis hijos, se sobreentiende que debe ser una persona con paciencia porque somos bastantes en casa y los chicos empiezan a entrar en edades complicadas.

  Unterkunft

  The house has a fairly large room with a window on the second floor, providing privacy. There's a bed, lamp, desk, and closet. The computer is in the adjoining room, but we don't use it often.

  En la casa hay una habitación bastante amplia con ventana en la segunda planta y que proporciona privacidad. Hay cama, lámpara, escritorio, armario. El ordenador se encuentra en la habitación contigua, pero no lo usamos habitualmente.

  We live about a 20-25 minute bike ride from Felanitx. It's about a 6-minute drive. There are several buses, but public transportation on the island is generally poor. There are coves within a 15-minute drive, as is Sant Salvador, and you can generally bike or walk. The capital is 45 minutes away, and the Tramuntana Mountains are about the same distance.

  Se encuentran calas a 15 minutos en coche, esta sant salvador y, en general, se puede andar en bici o salir a caminar. La capital esta a 45 minutos y la tramuntana aprox. A la misma distancia
