Beschreibung
I am a 46-year-old woman who grew up in a community and who longs to return to that lifestyle. I like to be active and creative. During the winter I go everyday to the lake for ice baths and breathing exercises and I am eager to learn more about myself and my body. I once was a lawyer, and for a few years I lived all over the world, and now I have found this magic place outside of Stockholm where I am buliding this strawbalehouse. I love to cook and I love nature and I really love to do it with others. I am the worst planner-why I often have problems with answering about a stay 6 months ahead. I am more "can I come tomorrow-kind-of person".

Arbeit
I wish to find fun people who has their own ideas and who preferably has been to another eco-house projects who can teach/inspire me with ideas from other projects. There are things who needs to be done, like paint jobs & wardrobes etc. But depending on who you are, there are details like building wardrobes, desks and doors and even a clay bathroom if anyone has experience from that. If you have worked with timber that would be amazing.
You need to have some basic experience with handling tools, otherwise it will take too much time on my part.
I want you to work independently and bring ideas to the table. And daily keep some sort of order with the project that you are working with like not leaving tools everywhere and keep it clean.

Unterkunft
The house is about 240 sqm when it is finished. It is a comfortable warm house with 4 bedrooms, a big kitchen, open fireplace and cosy corners and lofts. The house is located 15 km from Norrtälje and 90 km from Stockholm, There is public transportation just a 5 min walk from the house that takes you to Norrtälje and Stockholm. The house is placed on a field, close to a lake with a few neighbors close by. It is truly a magig place with lovely neighbors, but a little off if you don´t have a car.
There is only one bathroom, so if we are several people in the house, long morning showers doesńt work.

There is nature to explore on your spare time, but not much more than that. The place is quite isolated, so for someone that hopes for action and social activities this is not the place.
I usually go to bed around 21 and wake up around 6-7 and start the morning with a breathing excercise. If we live together I wish us to help out and show respect for each other. You don’t need to get up that early, but I wish that people are up around 9 so everyone can share meals at the same time. If you stay longer than a week a expect you to help out cleaning the house once a week.

I did a painting job and then build some boxes with wood. There really wasn't any pressure to do the job perfectly as it was a first time for me
She's an amazing cook, and an amazing person with some pretty funny stories !
