    Im Mujtaba,

Masters graduate from Victoria University Australia. I have seen amazing Australia along with my studies, I had opportunities to discover amazing places. Drove from gold cost to cairns. I conquered Mount Cannibal, Mt Surprise, Wilson promotory and Alpine national park in Australia and also visited beautiful town Walhalla in Victoria. The other mountains I hiked was broga hills and gunung tahan in Malaysia. I have so much to brag about.

I had opportunity to volunteer in Australia for some farming and permaculture projects. Now volunteering is something I really admire.

Now back in Pakistan trying to help family business. Alongside my side hustle of content writing and blogging. My plan is to figure out freelancing and remote work to become digital nomad myself.

That was little bit about me.

    So about the project:

We just started a new market. In which we run a chai Cafe. There are fun recreational game including snooker tables and carrom on the rooftop. A small pizza shop, a mart and a chai shop. Need some help from workawayers in promote my business and welcome our patrons and enjoy connecting with locals. I will also appreciate skills such as video content creation, for the youtube and social media for my pursuit of online business.

What I love about our area:

There are some historical sites from British era near my place worth visiting, there is Miani Forest Retreat within 15 minutes drive. The farms are also within 10 minutes drive away from our place for experience of leafy thriving rural areas of Hyderabad. I often take a ride on my bike to the farms and enjoy my nature time there. There is a rose flower farm, a reservoir and fishing spots near the farms. You will love these experiences.

We have our MAMA, my elderly uncle who is driver by profession but now he runs Chai shop in our property in our village town. He looks after employees, he also runs a real estate agent for the houses for rent and purchase in the local area. My brother Mustafa is the director of Mama's real estate agency and oversees new construction projects.

If you’re a digital nomad, you’ll be happy to know that we have WiFi available for working online. While the speed may not always be the fastest, it’s usually reliable for general tasks like emails, writing, and social media work. If you need stronger connectivity, getting a local SIM card with mobile data is a good option, and I can help you with that. We can also work out a flexible schedule so you have time to focus on your own projects while still helping out. Whether you prefer to work in the mornings, evenings, or in focused blocks of time, we can plan in a way that works for both of us. There are also quiet spots around where you can work, and if you like, we can set up a comfortable space for you to be productive. Plus, with a bike available for getting around, you can explore different cafés or peaceful outdoor spots to work from!
