My name is Nicna Camargo, I am 41 years old and have two children. My youngest daughter has a genetic syndrome called Aicardi. My daughter has prompted me to create an Association to facilitate the development of children from 0 to 5 years of age with disabilities in rural areas, and this year begins a second stage of this project, as we open a school with the intention of it being a space for inclusion, for boys and girls with different learning opportunities. At this moment we have 14 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 10 (and my daughter Nayra, who is 11), and we want to invite you to offer them workshops on arts, crafts, dance and movement, etc. in our school, located in a beautiful farm in Choachí, 1 hour from Bogotá, in a wonderful climate and with multiple tourist attractions to visit.
Mi nombre es Nicna Camargo, tengo 41 años y dos hijos. Mi hija menor tiene un síndrome genético llamado Aicardi. Mi hija me ha impulsado a crear una Asociación para facilitar el desarrollo de niños y niñas de 0 a 5 años con discapacidad en zonas rurales, y este año inicia una segunda etapa de este proyecto, pues abrimos una escuela con la intención de que sea un espacio de inclusión, para niños y niñas con oportunidades diferentes de aprendizaje. En este momento tenemos 14 niños y niñas entre los 3 y los 10 años (y mi hija Nayra de 11), y queremos invitarte a ofrecerles talleres de artes, oficios, danzas y movimiento, etc. en nuestra escuela, ubicada en una bella finca en Choachí, a 1 hora de Bogotá, en un clima maravilloso y con múltiples atracciones turísticas para visitar.

You will have lodging and food for up to 15 days, and you can use the weekends to enjoy walks through waterfalls, hot springs, and other wonderful natural places. You will get involved in an alternative education project that seeks to generate development scenarios through play, art and dialogue, as well as inclusion scenarios.

We need volunteers who want to design playful workshops in arts, crafts, dance, yoga or movement; as well as immersive practices in another language, for our two groups of boys and girls: from 3 to 6 and from 7 to 10 years old.

Unterkunft
Te alojarás en una cómoda habitación que podrás compartir hasta con otros dos voluntarios (3 cupos) y tendrás acceso a baño compartido. Te ofreceremos desayuno, almuerzo y cena, comida vegetariana deliciosa. No cubrimos tus desplazamientos hasta la finca ni desplazamientos a los lugares que desees visitar.
You will stay in a comfortable room that you can share with up to two other volunteers (3 places) and you will have access to a shared bathroom. We will offer you breakfast, lunch and dinner, delicious vegetarian food. We do not cover your trips to the farm or trips to the places you want to visit.

You can visit La Chorrera, which is the highest waterfall in Colombia, take walks in the páramos, and see other waterfalls and natural places, as well as the Ubaque Lagoon and the Santa Mónica hot springs. The farm is 1 kilometer from the town, so you can walk, buy handicrafts, eat the typical Choachí mixes.
From Bogotá you are one hour from Choachí; You must take a fleet in Bogotá (this transport costs $11,000 -2 USD approx), in the terminal that is on Calle 6 with Caracas, and once in the town you can walk to the farm (30 min approx) or take a chiva that costs $11,000 Colombian pesos (2 USD approx).
Podrás visitar La Chorrera, que es la Cascada más alta de Colombia, hacer caminatas en los páramos, y conocer otras cascadas y lugares naturales, así como la Laguna de Ubaque y las termales de Santa Mónica. La finca está a 1 kilómetro del pueblo, así que puedes caminar, comprar artesanías, comer los amasijos típicos de Choachí.
Desde Bogotá estás a una hora de Choachí; debes tomar una flota en Bogotá (este transporte cuesta $11.000 -2 USD aprox), en el terminal que queda en la calle 6 con caracas, y ya en el pueblo puedes caminar hasta la finca (30 min aprox) o tomar una chiva que cuesta $11.000 pesos colombianos (2 USD aprox).
