Beschreibung
We live in the middle of a chestnut grove located in an ancient 19th century village at an altitude of 750 meters in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. We are a relatively new group of about 10 people of all ages and backgrounds, we devote ourselves to the self-production of vegetables, fruit, wild fruit and herb picking, honey and chestnut flour depending on the season the picking activities vary. We also do handicrafts and wooden constructions.
Viviamo nel mezzo di un castagneto situato in un antico borgo del 800 a 750 metri d'altitudine nell'Appennino tosco emiliano. Siamo un gruppo relativamente nuovo di circa 10 persone di tutte le età e provenienze,ci desichiamo alla autoproduzione di verdura, frutta, raccolta di frutta e erbe selvatiche, miele e farina di castagne dipendendo dalla stagionele attività di raccolta variano.
Oltrettutto facciamo artigianato e costruzioni in legno.

We are looking for someone who takes care and love in the kitchen. Cleaning of common spaces. Beekeeper. Gardeners (we don't need to be very expert in the garden, but we do ask for love and care from those who want to come and help in the garden) help with carpentry or masonry. Help with making firewood.

Unterkunft
Here is some information you need to know: 1 to reach the village you will have to walk for 20m. Along a path in the woods. 2 we use the compost toilet. 3 we heat and cook with wood stoves 4 the water is heated by the boiler in the kitchen so hot water is not always available. 5 usually the rooms are personal but in the event they must be shared. Breakfast lunch dinner... We are not vegetarians but usually we do not cook meat and we use animal products produced by us if necessary we cook vegetarian for the guests.
Ecco alcune informazioni che devi conoscere:
1 per raggiungere il borgo si dovrà camminare per 20m. Lungo un sentiero nel Bosco.
2 usiamo il compost toilet.
3 riscaldiamo e cuciniamo con stufe a legna
4 l'acqua viene scaldata dal boiler della cucina per cui l'acqua calda non è sempre disponibile.
5 solitamente le stanze sono personali ma nella evenienza doranno essere compartite.

Non siamo vegetariani ma solitamente non cuciniamo carne e usiamo prodotti animali da noi prodotti se neccessario cuciniamo vegetariano per gli ospiti.
