We are located in the National Park Machalilla , Pto . Lopez. This protected nature reserve in the Ecuadorian Costa offers a myriad of tourist activities. This family hostel is right in the heart of the village, were people come from all over the world to gather and share experiences.
We love sports, land and water activities; including: surfing , snorkeling , biking, etc. Sometimes we go fishing, and cook the catch of the day with guests and friends.
You will be accompanied by two young and charismatic, and you will work as a team in a friendly and stimulating environment.

Estamos ubicado en el Parque Nacional de Machalilla, Pto. López. Esta reserva natural protegida de la Costa ecuatoriana ofrece un sin fin de actividades turísticas. A este hostal familiar, situado en el corazón del pueblo, llegan personas de todos los lugares del mundo lo que favorecerá en las relaciones sociales.
Nos encanta las actividades deportivas, acuáticas y terrestres, como surf, snorkeling, bicicleta, etc. En ocasiones salimos de pesca para cocinar la captura en reunión con los huéspedes o amigos.
Estarás acompañada de dos personas jóvenes y carismáticas con las que trabajarás en equipo.

We need a dynamic and proactive volunteer who will be able to receive, monitor and inform guests upon arrival. Also, we want our volunteer to help with breakfast, to keep the place nice and neat, and to manage social networks and websites.

Vom Workawayer (Paul) für Host

The workaway was a super good experience. There was not too much work and the rooms were clean and comfy. The main task was to be around when guests pass by and keep an eye on the stuff when miguel or william have to leave the hotel. After work I was able to go biking, snorkeling or surfing. Miguel is a super chilled guy and was a great host.

It was a great pleasure to help Miguel and William at the recepcion of the hostal! They are nice and welcoming and Miguel really helped me in all my staying time there! He is a great guy and we shared fun moments with his friends too!

I spent two weeks in this nice little hostel. Miguel the owner is a lovely person, very respectful and appreciative. There was little to do during the low season, but Miguel thought my sitting at the reception for a few hours a day was already a big help.
