Aleksandra stayed with us during October and November and I can’t recommend her enough. She is a kind, creative, and energetic young woman who brought a wonderful presence into our home. Aleksandra was fantastic with my kids—she has a natural ability to connect with children. She’s authentic, fun, and brought a positive spirit into our household. Her independence was another quality I truly appreciated; she quickly adapted, created her own routines, and managed everything smoothly without needing much guidance.
On top of her practical help, Aleksandra impressed me with her intelligence and knowledge in areas like technology, design, art, and dance. Her emotional intelligence is equally remarkable. Conversations with her were always engaging and thought-provoking; she’s a great listener, empathetic, and full of positive energy.
We will truly miss her, but I’m sure she will bring her unique light and talents to wherever she goes next. Aleksandra has been a joy to host, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone lucky enough to welcome her into their home.
I spent 2 months with Beatriz and her 2 sons and I’m very grateful for the experience. Beatriz is a great mom and I admire her parenting style a lot. It was such a valuable experience for me to witness her everyday patience with kids, her empathy and unconditional love towards them. I will forever remember our trip for Día de Los Muertos

I had my own room in exchange for 2 hours of work per day (5 days per week), sometimes more if I had to stay with a kid, and the exchange included me cooking breakfasts whenever the kids were home, preparing lunch boxes, cooking dinner according to my own recipes and ideas, setting the table and cleaning after meals. I also took care of the laundry, trash and dishes. We also spent a lot of time together as I wanted to be a part of a community I moved into. I could eat the food that I cooked for the family, but other than that I was buying my own food and participating in groceries too. Kids were home usually half of the week and everything was well organized. It’s easy to communicate with Bea about the conditions of a workaway as she is very clear about her schedule and needs. She also has very rich social life and that allowed me to meet more people in the town (which is a very lovely place!). We are planning to collaborate in the future and I recommend this Workawayer 😌Feedback
