Where to start with Julia and Igor!
They have just left after 2 months with us and they were the perfect Workaways. It was a total pleasure to have them stay in our home and help us prepare our business for the season.
Though they are still quite young they were very mature, diligent and helpful at all times. They were very committed to the work
… read more we gave them and always did it to an excellent standard. If they were ever unsure they would always ask for clarification and checked to make sure we were happy with what they had done.
They were equally happy working inside or outside and were extremely helpful to us as there is always so much to do in the spring.
Julia and Igor are also really lovely people, intelligent, kind and considerate and we enjoyed their company very much. They looked after our home while we were away at one point and we felt very happy leaving them to manage all things. They loved all our animals and took care of everything that we asked of them.
It was a real bonus that they were vegetarian which we appreciated and we had lots of trips out together which was a great fun.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you get a chance to work with them in the future, take the opportunity. We would love to see them again in the future, they are always welcome in our home

Our adventure with Bob and Ian was wonderful! We spent two beautiful months and would have loved to stay longer.
Bob and Ian are amazing, kind, open-minded people. They taught us many things, showed us beautiful trails in the mountains, and took us to the sea. We always felt comfortable asking for help and asking questions.
The work was
… read more enjoyable. Most of the time we worked in the garden outdoors, pruned olives, and did spring cleaning in the apartments.
We were able to decide for ourselves what days we worked and how many hours. The work was very flexible.

We spent our first "workaway" experience in 2021 in the beautiful holiday complex and enjoyed every day very much. Working with the pruning of olive trees has given us new insights and has been a lot of fun, as well as helping Bob and Ian with all their projects around the care of their Italian villa. They were also personally involved in many
… read more work processes and because of their passion for good food, especially their delicious pizza events and the friendly invitations in restaurants, every day was an encounter with Italian culture in a very relaxed, friendly and kind of family atmosphere. As for accommodation we had a very nice apartment with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were also able to use the large garden with a pool at any time and always felt welcome and understood. Payment went smoothly, and we gladly accepted receiving mail, using the internet, and the offer to ride their electric bicycles through the Italian countryside. The positive working atmosphere was then supported by three dogs and two cute cats, which we, as animal lovers, were very happy to have around us. It is also very admiring how passionate Bob and Ian are about being green and eco-friendly.
We like to think back to very good conversations, nice company and work tasks that we gladly completed. Thank you again Bob and Ian for your generosity and this beautiful summer experience and for making our first workaway so special!Du kannst nur Workawayer mit aktiver Mitgliedschaft kontaktieren.
