  We are located in the beautiful mountains of Ecuador, near the town of Machachi, only 1 hour south of the capital of Quito. Here at the Hostería we are surrounded by nature and Andean mountains. You will enjoy a unique accommodation and many activities, the inn offers an authentic experience in the Ecuadorian mountains for local and international people. Our hacienda is a welcoming place accompanied by many animals such as dogs, llamas, goats, horses, rabbits and chickens.
  
  We are in a tourist hacienda (hotel in the countryside) in the highlands of Ecuador with many years of experience, specialized in the best customer service and tourism in the country. We offer different activities such as: walks, visits to the mountain, bicycle rental, interactive session with horses, motorcycle classes, yoga and much more. We work with a group of people who are passionate about their country in the different activities and services that we offer here at the inn. We will be very happy to open our doors to new people, wanting to know our country and share experiences living together and helping each other.
  
  Nos encontramos ubicados en la hermosa serranía de Ecuador, cerca del pueblo de Machachi, solo a 1 hora al sur de la capital de Quito. Aquí en la Hostería estamos rodeados de naturaleza y montañas andinas. Disfrutaras de un alojamiento único y muchas actividades, la hostería ofrece una experiencia auténtica en las montañas ecuatorianas para la gente local e internacional. Nuestra hacienda es un lugar acogedor acompañado de muchos animales como perros, llamas, cabras, caballos, conejos y gallinas.
  
  Estamos en una hacienda turística (hotel en el campo) en la tierras altas de Ecuador con muchos años de experiencia, especializado en el mejor servicio al cliente y turismo en el país. Ofrecemos diferentes actividades como: caminatas, visita a la montaña, renta de bicicletas, sesión interactiva con caballos, clases de moto, yoga y mucho más. Trabajamos con un grupo de personas apasionadas por su país en las diferentes actividades y servicios que ofrecemos aquí en la hostería. Estaremos muy felices de abrir nuestras puertas a nuevas personas, con ganas de conocer nuestro país y compartir experiencias viviendo juntos y ayudando uno al otro.

  This place we are a family and we are all very welcoming, respectful and open to meeting new people. All the people who come from other countries have the opportunity to know Ecuador, its culture, traditions and mentality. It's a super cool cultural exchange.
  On your days off you can explore the country, since Ecuador is very small but very variable, you will have time to visit some beautiful places! We can help you with all the information you need.
  If you would like to improve your Spanish this is the place for you. All workers speak Spanish but if you want to learn is the place. Also some people in our team speak English but everyone is very happy to do a kind of language exchange. We want you to leave the inn with many beautiful memories and experiences that will help you in the future.
  
  En este lugar somos una familia, todos somos muy acogedores, respetuosos y abiertos a conocer nuevas personas. Todas las personas que vienen de otros países tienen la oportunidad de conocer Ecuador, su cultura, tradiciones y vivencias. Es un intercambio cultural super genial.
  En tus días libres puedes explorar el país, dado que Ecuador es muy pequeño pero muy bien comunicado, vas a tener tiempo para visitar unos lugares hermosos! Nosotros podemos ayudarte con toda la información que necesitas.Si te gustaría mejorar tu español, es el lugar para aprender. Además algunas personas en nuestro equipo hablan inglés, todos estarán muy felices de intercambiar idiomas. Queremos que tu experiencia en la hostería de muchos recuerdos y experiencias bonitas que te ayuden en el futuro.

  I'm looking for….
  A sociable, flexible, positive, independent person who likes adventure. Someone who has hospitality and customer service experience who can help me with….
  - Teach english languaje to the hotel team.
  - Daily hotel tasks: cleaning rooms and social areas, customer service, help at the reception (check in & out) and general maintenance.
  - Help with clients' activities: walks, bicycles, climbing classes, yoga, motorcycle classes, the session with
  horses and art with children
  - Ability to speak English and Spanish with confidence
  - Keep social areas organized and clean
  
  In these tasks you will not be alone, we are a large team here at the inn and especially when you are still learning, we will be there pending to answer questions you have and help so that you feel comfortable working. We are going to teach you everything you need to be able to work calmly before you work independently. The minina stay will be 2 months so that you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a new culture, practice a foreign language and get to know this beautiful country, while you are living and helping in the hotel.

  -Una persona sociable, flexible, positiva, independiente y que le gusta la aventura. Alguien que tenga experiencia en hotelería y servicio al cliente que me puede ayudar con….
  Las tareas diarias de hotel: limpieza de habitaciones y áreas sociales, servicio al cliente, ayuda en la recepción (check in & out) y mantenimiento general.
  Ayuda con las actividades de los clientes: caminatas, bicicletas, clases de escalada, yoga, clases de moto, la sesión con caballos y arte con niños.
  Conocer varias rutas en el área cercana para caminatas o hacer bicicleta.
  Capacidad de hablar inglés y español con confianza
  Mantener organizada y limpia las áreas sociales
  
  En estas tareas no vas a estar solo, somos un equipo grande aquí en la hostería y especialmente cuando todavía estas aprendiendo, nosotros vamos a estar allí pendiente para responder a las preguntas que tengas y ayudar con el objetivo de que te sientes cómodo trabajando. Vamos a enseñarte todo lo que necesitas para poder trabajar tranquilamente antes de que trabajes independientemente. La estadía minina será de 2 meses para que tengas la oportunidad de sumergirte en una cultura nueva, practicar el idioma y conocer este hermoso país, mientras que estas viviendo y ayudando en la hostería.

  Unterkunft

  You will have a comfortable room and bathroom outside the main house. A professional chef will prepare 3 delicious meals for you every day. There is a washer and dryer that you can use.
  
  Estarás en una habitación cómoda y un baño fuera de la casa principal. Un chef profesional te preparará 3 comidas deliciosas cada día. Hay lavadora y secadora que puedes usar.

  The ideal situation will be that you stay with us for at least 3 months, speak English and Spanish.
  We are located very close to the Cotopaxi Volcano (the highest and most active volcano in the world), the Quilotoa crater, the capital Quito and much more. We are happy to help you organizing trips in Ecuador so that you can know everything that Ecuador has to offer.
  Depending on the season and your travel plans, you have the option of working 5 days and taking 2 days off or 10 days and from there you can leave 4 days off.
  
  La situación ideal sería que te quedaras con nosotros por lo menos 3 meses, buen manejo del idioma inglés y español.
  Estamos ubicados muy cerca al Volcán Cotopaxi (el volcán mas alto y activo en el mundo), el cráter Quilotoa, el capital Quito y mucho más. Estaremos felices de ayudarte organizando tus viajes en Ecuador para que puedes conocer todo lo que Ecuador tiene para ofrecerte.
  Dependiendo de la temporada y tus planes para viajar, tienes la opción de trabajar 5 días y tomar 2 días libres o 10 días y de allí puedes salir 4 días libres.
