🧘♀️ URGENT - Yoga teacher wanted for NOVEMBER
Hi! Welcome to our hostel, our little piece of paradise where yoga and surf are a daily business. We are a hostel with a true family vibe on the beach of Puerto Engabao, a small fishing village in Ecuador. We opened 8 years ago, and we know our guests by name.
We are strong believers that here you'll find a family and friendships that will last a lifetime. Our hostel is a place where you'll enjoy the company of travelers and other volunteers from all over the world. We want to create memories and moments that'll make you say "Here is where I belong!"
This is a real position in our team, not a holiday: around 25 hours a week (around 15 for yoga teachers), for at least 4 weeks. In exchange, you get a bed, 2 meals a day, daily yoga, and a life on the beach.
Volunteers uniquely looking for cheap ways to travel are not welcome. We want volunteers who want to get involved, use their skills, and learn new skills! -

The fishing village of Puerto Engabao where we chose to build our hostel is the perfect spot to mingle with locals and practice your Spanish. You will have the chance to practice yoga every day in front of the ocean and to improve your surfing with our lessons. You will also learn what it takes to run a hostel: hosting guests, working as a team, and taking responsibility for your position.

Arbeit
All year long, we are looking for volunteers to join our family here in Ecuador to help us with daily life, at the reception, and with our guests. Also looking for Yoga and Surf teacher.
Your most important job will be to make our guests happy and feel welcome. In exchange for your help, you will have 2 meals a day and accommodation in a volunteer dorm. Also, you have free access to our 20+ surfboards after your first lessons with us, daily yoga classes, as well as everything on our amazing property. Finally, you will have the chance to live right at the beach and make new friends! We have local staff working in our kitchen. We have local staff working in our kitchen, and no volunteers are needed to work in our restaurant, as we do not have a restaurant.
Also, we are looking for photographers!
Our local team includes 3 cleaning ladies/kitchen, 1 local cook, 2 maintenance guys, and 1 local surf teacher. -

We have a dorm for volunteers that fits up to 8 people.
Volunteers get 2 meals a day: breakfast and dinner, eaten together with our guests. Lunch is not included: you can cook in our shared kitchen or eat a local almuerzo in the village. -

The work in the kitchen is very enjoyable and made alongside another volunteer. The staff members want the meals to be varied and balanced but you're totally free to make whatever you want as long as you meet those criteria ;)

It was an absolute pleasure to have Vince & Katya volunteering at our hostel. They are very responsible people and super fun to hang out with. Vince is an amazing cook and has great photo skills too ;) Katya is super with the guests and a great yoga instructor.
