  We are a non-profit cultural initiative that takes the shape of a third place (tiers-lieu) dedicated to creativity, community, and social impact.
  It is designed as a solidarity house where artists, volunteers, co-living and locals can meet, share, and co-create.
  
  At this stage, we receive no subsidies or external funding: the entire association is personally self-financed by the founder.
  This makes every volunteer’s contribution essential in bringing the house to life and sustaining its vision of culture as a tool for solidarity and positive change.
  
  🤓We are looking for volunteers specifically for hands-on help to help with the development of the space.
  Tasks will include painting, woodworking, masonry, and general DIY projects. This is a manual labor opportunity, so we are seeking people who are comfortable with practical tasks and willing to contribute to the physical transformation of the space.
  
  Story : From 2016 to 2023 with a group of volunteer friends, we restored an old Dar (traditional house) in the heart of the Medina of Fez.
  It is a project which did not benefit from any subsidy and which was able to see the light thanks to volunteers from all over the world and free donations from individuals.
  It is an independent residency project for inter-cultural artistic co-creations which will start its activities this year.
  In the heart of the medina of Fez, our association strives to promote and encourage fertile artistic encounters with a positive social impact.

  Nous sommes une initiative culturelle à but non lucratif qui prend la forme d’un tiers-lieu dédié à la créativité, à la communauté à l’impact social positif.
  Il s’agit d’un Tier-lieu “MaisonSolidaire” où artistes, volontaires co-habitent et rencontre les locaux pour partager des moments de qualité et co-créer.
  
  À ce stade, nous ne recevons aucune subvention ni financement externe : l’association est entièrement autofinancée par son fondateur.
  Cela rend la contribution de chaque volontaire essentielle pour donner vie à la maison et soutenir sa vision de la culture solidaire comme outil impactant pour des changements positifs.
  
  🤓 Nous recherchons actuellement des volontaires pour nous aider concrètement au développement de l’espace.
  Les tâches incluront peinture, menuiserie, maçonnerie et projets de bricolage en général. C’est une opportunité de travail manuel, nous recherchons donc des personnes à l’aise avec ce type de tâches pratiques et motivées à contribuer à la transformation physique du lieu.
  
  Histoire : De 2016 à 2023 avec un groupe d’amis bénévoles nous avons restauré une ancienne Dar (maison traditionnelle) en plein cœur de la Médina de Fez.
  C’est un projet qui n’a bénéficié d’aucune subvention, et qui a pu voir le jour grâce à des bénévoles de tout horizon et des donations libres de particuliers.
  C’est un projet indépendant de résidence de Co-créations artistiques inter-culturelles, qui débute ses activités cette année.
  Au cœur de la médina de Fès, notre association s'efforce de promouvoir et de favoriser des Rencontres artistiques fertiles, à impact social positif.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  Yes! This is the most important point.
  
  Indeed we are located in the heart of a very lively district where we are constantly making new encounters. Here, we disconnect from our routines and we re-appropriate our own time, learning among others.
  Since 2016, all the volunteers who came to participate in the project, left the place, promising to return one day to Fez. Not only is cultural enrichment great, but so are friendship!
  
  
  Yes ! C’est bien le point le plus important.
  
  En effet nous sommes situés en plein cœur d’un quartier très vivant où l’on fait sans cesse de nouvelles rencontres. Ici, on se déconnecte de notre routine, on se réapproprie notre temps, en apprenant, entre autre, à contempler ce qui nous entoure.
  Depuis 2016, tous les volontaires qui sont venus participer au projet, sont repartis en se promettant de revenir un jour à Fès. Non seulement l’enrichissement culturel y est grand, mais les amitiés aussi !

  👨‍🚀🚀Autonomy, pillar of our co-living space :
  It is crucial for us you feel this place is your place you need to be autonomous as possible at home.
  You will always have a referent but we are looking for indented volunteers capable of initiative, making decisions and managing their tasks with little direct supervision.
  Your ability to work independently is very important because we believe that everyone should be able to feel sovereign and free to give the best of themselves. And making mistakes is the best way to learn. It will strengthen your personal experience and skills.
  
  👩‍💻👨‍💻 Administrative and Grant Application :
  We are looking for volunteers who have experience in preparing applications to obtain grants to help us develop our activities…
  
  📱🖥️ Communication and Social Networks:
  We need creators of information content about our activities, and someone who can manage our social networks to amplify our impact in the cultural and artists community.
  
  📷 📹Photography & Video Editing:
  Do you like images, do you master photography and video editing? Help us make our activities known, by capturing the activities of the association and creating “social reporting” content.
  
  
  🧺 🥘 Housekeeping, Storage and Cooking:
  We need volunteers to help with the daily maintenance of the house; Cleaning, tidying and cooking. These tasks are very important to create a friendly, healthy and functional space for all residents and volunteers.

  Nous avons besoin de bénévoles GOOD VIBES et OUVERTS D’ESPRIT prêts à s'engager dans ces activités :
  
  👨‍🚀🚀L'autonomie, pilier de notre vivre ensemble :
  Il est crucial pour nous que tu sois le plus autonome possible au sein de la maison. Tu auras toujours un référent mais nous recherchons des bénévoles capables d'initiative, de prises de décisions indépendantes et d’auto gestion de leurs tâches avec peu de supervision directe.

  Nous avons besoin de créateurs de contenu d’information sur nos activités, et quelqu’un qui puisse gérer nos réseaux sociaux pour amplifier notre impact dans la communauté de la culture et des artistes .
  
  
  📷 📹Photographie & Montage Vidéo :
  Tu aimes l'image, tu maîtrises la photographie et le montage vidéo ? Alors, aide nous à faire connaître nos activités en captant les activités de l’asso et en faisant des contenus de “social reporting”.
  
  
  🧺 🥘 Ménage, Rangement et Cuisine :
  Nous avons besoin de bénévoles pour aider dans l’entretien au quotidien de la maison. Le ménage, le rangement et cuisiner. Ces tâches sont très importantes pour créer un espace convivial, sain et fonctionnel pour tous les résidents et bénévoles.
  
  
  ❤️En rejoignant Dar Tadamoun, tu feras partie d'une communauté engagée avec les habitants du quartier de la maison, pour valoriser le patrimoine de Fès et de l’art en général.

  Our Solidarity House in Fez is a place of life, creativity, and community, where every volunteer helps the project grow. We want to be fully transparent: at the moment, we receive no subsidies, external funding, or financial support. All expenses are personally covered by the founder, which is why we offer accommodation under the following conditions:
  
  In exchange for 3 hours of work per day, volunteers receive:
  
  A private room or a shared dorm (depending on availability)
  
  Access to Wi-Fi
  
  Access to a washing machine (detergent included)
  
  Participation in the community life of the house
  
  For lunch and dinner, we work on a solidarity system. Volunteers are welcome to prepare their own meals if they prefer. We also often cook and eat together, sharing vegetarian, healthy, and abundant food. To make this possible, we have a small contribution box where everyone is free to add what they wish, according to their possibilities. The idea is not mandatory but optional, and it helps us buy fresh vegetables and local products from the nearby markets. Cooking and eating together is a beautiful part of the community spirit!

  Notre Maison Solidaire à Fès est un lieu de vie et de création où chaque bénévole contribue à faire grandir le projet. Nous tenons à être transparents : nous n’avons actuellement aucune subvention ni financement extérieur. Tous les frais liés à la maison sont pris en charge personnellement par l’artiste fondateur. C’est pour cette raison que nous proposons les hébergements et conditions suivantes :
  
  En échange de 3 heures de travail par jour, les bénévoles bénéficient de :
  
  Une chambre individuelle ou un dortoir selon les disponibilités
  
  L’accès au Wifi
  
  L’accès à la machine à laver et au produit de lessive
  
  La vie collective et les activités de la communauté de la maison
  
  Pour le déjeuner et le dîner, nous fonctionnons sur un esprit de solidarité. Chacun est bien sûr libre de préparer ses propres repas s’il le souhaite. Nous aimons aussi cuisiner et manger ensemble, autour de plats végétariens, sains et généreux.
  Pour rendre cela possible, nous mettons à disposition une petite boîte de contribution où chacun peut participer selon ses moyens et ses envies. Cette participation est totalement libre et optionnelle, elle nous aide simplement à acheter des légumes frais et des produits locaux au marché du quartier. Partager la cuisine et le repas ensemble fait partie de l’expérience communautaire et de l’esprit de la maison !
