We are two friends and a cat, we live in a cabin three blocks from the beach in La Paloma, Uruguay. We seek to generate a permacultural space from our house and land, of about 500 meters, and another neighboring garden that we support, of about 200 meters. We are interested in exchanging knowledge and we need help with practical tasks. La Paloma is a cape on the Atlantic Ocean where you can choose from about ten different beaches that offer different attractions. It is surrounded by more rugged blaneáreos where you can walk among native forests and birds, and 10 km away is the beautiful lagoon of Rocha. In the house we have bicycles for visits, and we are always willing to accompany you on a walk that is one of our favorite activities.

Somos dos amigas y una gata, vivimos en una cabaña a tres cuadras de la playa en La Paloma, Uruguay. Buscamos generar un espacio permacultural desde nuestra casa y terreno, de unos 500mts, y otra huerta vecina que sostenemos, de unos 200 mts. Nos interesa intercambiar saberes y necesitamos ayuda en tareas prácticas.

La paloma es un cabo sobre el océano atlántico donde se puede elegir entre unas diez playas diferentes que ofrecen distintos atractivos. Está rodeada de blaneáreos mas agrestes dónde se puede senderear entre monte nativo y aves, y a 10 km se encuentra la hermosa laguna de rocha. En la casa tenemos bicicletas para las visitas, y siempre estamos dispuestas a acompañarles en algún paseo que son de nuestras actividades favoritas.

The coast of Rocha is a beautiful place of mountains and beaches. We seek to inhabit it without destroying it, and on the contrary, to regenerate the soil and life, through the exchange of experiences and knowledge.

La costa de rocha es un lugar hermoso de monte y playa. Buscamos habitarlo sin destruírlo, y por el contrario, regenerar el suelo y la vida, mediante el intercambio de experiencias y saberes.
Arbeit
We invite you to visit us from Monday to Friday and collaborate in the tasks of the orchards (agroecology, biodynamics, medicinal plants) and maintenance of the house. We want to venture into water collection systems and appropriate household energy.

Les invitamos a visitarnos de lunes a viernes y colaborar en las tareas de las huertas (agroecología, biodinamia, plantas medicinales) y mantenimiento de la casa. Queremos incursionar en sistemas de recolección de agua y energías apropiadas caseras.

Single room with a single bed, inside the house. Shared bathroom.
