We are a growing hostel company and our main goal is to make our guests feel as at home, being leaders in the budget accommodation industry providing a quality and outstanding service while applying innovative technics within the tourism industry.
And according to this mission, we´are looking for volunteers who match with our company goals and values to help out in our ambitious project. That could be you, right? Then keep reading!
Our hostel is located in Weligama in the South Coast of Sri Lanka and if you are an outgoing funny character, committed and self-driven, you will have:
- Accommodation is staff dorm included.
- Surfboards for free with our partners surf school in both locations.
- A monthly entertainment budget for parties & events. Also for events with guests. If you like surprising our guests and making an extra mile, that´s for you!
- The option of rotating changing locations so you make the best out of the South Coast.
You´ll find a friendly team of locals ready to welcome you and help you to get the hang of the next roles:
In the Hostel, there is one Branch Manager who is in charge of the hostel, One Front Desk operator who does all the front desk operations and two Housekeepers who does all the cleanup works.
- Events:
You´ ll find paid and free events to make sure that our guests will have a non-stop stay, promoting the interaction among them and with the area.

*️️️️️️️️️ Digital Marketing: do you know about content marketing? Social media? If you don´t, never is too late to learn.

Enjoy the interaction with locals inside and outside of the hostel and make the most of Weligama area.
Sinhala is a beautiful language and definitely, you can have great interactions with Sri Lankan people if you are keen and learn the language. You´ll love the food here as well :)
Weligama is one of the more demanded destinations for long-term stays as the location - surrounded by beautiful beaches and hidden spots such as Mirissa, Midigama, Ahangama, Matara and in the heart of the South Coast
Explore the area as the new hostel is based in one of the most popular surf towns. Just grab a bus or scooter and start to ride the South of Sri Lanka!
The help required depends on the stage of the project. We are about to finish the project so the help requested will adapt to the need of organizing, decorating and make any improve requested before opening the hostel.
Once the hostel is opened, the tasks will be those related to the typical accommodation needs, such as reception, cleanliness, marketing and events.
