Beschreibung
Hello, we are a family with 3 children: Anaïs 21 years, Youri 19 years and Maia 16 years. They are no longer at home on a daily basis now and the house is big enought to receive travelers ! We live in Savoie at the top of Aix-les-Bains in a large farm house we have renovated retaining its traditional character.
We use to spend one year in a cycling trip where we regularly stayed with different hosts and we are now receiving travelers to share and discover life in our beautiful mountain region .... and continue the trip!
Bonjour, nous sommes Sonia et Cyril, nos 3 enfants (Anaïs 23 ans, Youri 21 ans et Maïa 19 ans), ne sont plus ici au quotidien maintenant et la maison est grande pour recevoir des voyageurs ! Nous habitons en Savoie au dessus d'Aix-les-Bains dans une grande ferme des Bauges que nous avons rénovée en conservant son caractère traditionnel.
Il y a quelques années nous avons passé un an de voyage à vélo où nous avons régulièrement fait du woofing, aujourd'hui nous recevons des voyageurs pour leur faire partager et découvrir la vie dans notre belle région de moyenne montagne ....et poursuivre ainsi le voyage!

We will be happy to help you discover our beautiful region located between lake and mountains. We practice outdoor sports and can share hiking, cycling, snowshoeing, skiing...
We also really like cinema and shows, maybe we will have the opportunity to go together!
We live in a small rural village where you can walk or cycle.
You can also visit the cities of Annecy (with its lake) and Chambéry, located 1/2 hour away. They are rich in history and heritage and offer all the shopping amenities.
Nous serons heureux de vous faire découvrir notre très belle région située entre lac et montagnes . Nous pratiquons les sports d'extérieur et pourrons partager randonnées, vélo, raquettes, ski...
Nous aimons aussi beaucoup le cinéma et les spectacles, peut-être aurons nous l'occasion d'y aller ensemble !
Nous habitons un petit village rural où vous pourrez vous promener à pied ou à vélo.
Vous pourrez aussi visiter les villes d'Annecy (avec son lac) et de Chambéry, situées à 1/2h. Elles sont riches en histoire et patrimoine et offrent toutes les commodités commerçantes.

We need help with the the permaculture vegetable garden, as well as routine maintenance tasks around the house.
We are also vegetarians and we will be happy to introduce you to delicious dishes and to discover yours!
A whole program to discuss together according to your desires and skills!
Nous avons aussi besoin d'aide pour l'entretien général du potager en permaculture, ainsi que les travaux d'entretien courants de la maison.
Par ailleurs nous sommes végétariens et nous serons heureux de vous faire découvrir de bons petits plats et de découvrir les vôtres !
Tout un programme donc à discuter ensembles selon vos envies et compétences !

We have converted the old stables which offer a small independent housing for volunteers with private bath.

We live in the countryside but we benefit from a shuttle bus service on demand: just order a ride and a bus pick you up in front of the door, for 1.5€! It connects you to Aix-les-Bains, the train station, the shops ...it's very convenient!
Nous habitons la campagne mais nous bénéficions d'un service de bus-navette à la demande : il suffit de commander un trajet et un bus viens vous chercher devant la porte pour 1,5€ ! Il vous relie à Aix-les-Bains, la gare, les commerces...c'est très pratique !
