A retreat for holistic and communal well-being. In the heart of the Colombian Massif, where mist embraces the mountains and the song of the water guides to inner silence, lies a natural sanctuary where well-being is experienced as a holistic state of being. This space, formerly an Ecohotel, has evolved toward a deeper vision: to become a place of personal and collective transformation, where physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, and environmental well-being are interwoven with the wisdom of the land and the ancestral culture that surrounds it. The history of this place speaks of resilience and rebirth. Built in 1972, silenced by the country's conflicts, and finally restored with love, a sustainable vision, and respect for its architectural history, has been reborn several times. Today, under my care as its guardian, it manifests as a space that offers not only rest but also experiences of conscious living. Therefore, I would like to welcome beings who share my same sense of respect, love, and care for Nature, where we can collaborate and cooperate to sustain, care for, and cultivate it consciously. My name is Adriana María, owner and guardian of this place, and I am a social psychologist and holistic therapist.
Estancia para el bienestar integral y comunitario del ser.
En el corazón del Macizo Colombiano, donde la niebla abraza las montañas y el canto del agua guía al silencio interior, se encuentra un santuario natural donde el bienestar se experimenta como un estado integral del ser.
Este espacio, anteriormente conocido como un Ecohotel ha evolucionado hacia una visión más profunda: convertirse en un lugar de transformación personal y colectiva, donde el bienestar físico, emocional, espiritual, mental y ambiental se entreteje con la sabiduría de la tierra y la cultura ancestral que lo rodea.
La historia de este lugar habla de resiliencia y renacimiento. Construido en 1972, silenciado por los conflictos del país y finalmente restaurado con amor, visión sostenible y respeto por su historia arquitectónica, ha renacido varias veces. Hoy, bajo mi cuidado como Salvaguarda del lugar, se manifiesta como un espacio que no solo ofrece descanso, sino experiencias de vida consciente.
Por consiguiente me gustaría recibir seres que estén en la misma frecuencia de respeto, amor y cuidado por la NatuRealeza, donde podemos en colaboración y cooperación, contribuir a sostener, cuidar y sembrar desde la conciencia .

We would love to meet people who are comfortable with Spanish, to show them the charms of the territory. We are an archaeological territory, with a diversity of waterfalls, on the Colombian Andes mountain range, integrating them into the daily dynamics of the wellness stay and sharing experiences and cultures with our visitors.
Nos encantaría conocer personas que tengan facilidad con el español, para mostrales los encantos del territorio, estamos un territorio arqueológico, con diversidad de cascadas, sobre la cordillera Andina Colombiana, integrarlos a la dinámica diaria de la estancia de bienestar y compartiendo experiencias y culturas con nuestros visitantes.
Arbeit
We welcome friendly and proactive volunteers to support the daily running of our wellness retreat.
Tasks may include:
*Assisting with cleaning shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas *General house maintenance (minor repairs, organization, etc.)
*Harvesting various fruits and vegetables
*Pruning, fertilizing, and maintaining the vegetable garden
*We can cook together
*We have a project to build a temazcal (traditional sweat lodge) and a bamboo lounge
*Learning new therapy techniques
*We can even work on projects together related to holistic well-being. We are very flexible and open: if you have specific skills (art, social media, events, photography, marketing, etc.), let us know! It's a great opportunity to co-create new things. We will establish a schedule together based on your availability and the needs of the house. You will join a peaceful environment surrounded by nature, facing the tallest waterfall in Colombia: Salto de Bordones.
Recibimos voluntarios amables y proactivos que nos apoyen con el flujo diario de nuestra estancia de bienestar. Las labores pueden incluir:
*Apoyo con la limpieza de espacios compartidos como cocina, baños y áreas comunes
* Mantenimiento general de la casa (pequeñas reparaciones, organización, etc.)
*Cosechar diferentes frutas y hortalizas.
* Apodar, abonar, mantenimiento de la huerta.
* Podemos cocinar juntos
* Tenemos el proyecto de hacer un temazcal y un salón en bambú.
* Aprender nuevas técnicas de terapias.
* Incluso podemos hacer proyectos juntos que Esten relacionado con el bienestar integral de ser.
Somos muy flexibles y abiertos: si tienes habilidades específicas (arte, redes sociales, eventos, fotografía, marketing .. ), ¡háznoslo saber! es una gran oportunidad de co-crear cosas nuevas.
El horario lo estableceremos juntos en función de tu disponibilidad y las necesidades de la casa.

During our stay we only speak Spanish; we would like to learn English, Italian, and French. En la estancia solo hablamos español, nos gustaría aprender el ingles, italiano y francés.

You'll stay in a unique place where the landscapes are living art. We offer a comfortable room with a bathroom, hot water, and linens. You'll have access to all the facilities of the property, including terraces, a dining room, gardens, and a hammock area. We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Te alojaras en un lugar único donde los paisajes son arte vivo, ofrecemos una cómoda habitación con baño, agua caliente y ropa de cama. Tendrás acceso a todas las instalaciones de la estancia, terrazas, comedor, jardines, zona de hamacas..... Te ofrecemos alimentación de desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

Located in southern Colombia, in the department of Huila, in the municipality of Isnos, an hour and a half from San Agustín, home to the main archaeological park. Isnos itself boasts two archaeological parks, and visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, including extreme sports, paragliding, hiking, local cuisine, waterfall viewing, and a diverse array of flora and fauna. Transportation: The Contador Airport in Pitalito, which also serves as a public transportation terminal, is an hour and a half away. Local public transportation vans are available. We would be delighted to welcome you. To maintain a harmonious environment, the consumption of psychoactive substances is prohibited, and all visitors are expected to show respect for staff and visitors, as well as for the surrounding environment.
Situado en el sur de Colombia en el departamento del Huila, en el municipio de Isnos, a una hora y 30 minutos de San Agustín, donde esta el principal parque Arqueológico y en Isnos están dos parques arqueológicos, a demás encuentran un diversidad de actividades para hacer, como deportes extremos, parapente, senderismo, gastronomía local, avistamiento de cascadas y una variedad de fauna y flora.
Transporte:
A una 1 y 30 minutos se encuentra el aeropuerto Contador en Pitalito, como también terminal de transporte público, en la localidad se consiguen camionetas de servicio público que tienen ruta locales.
Sería genial poderlos recibir y para mantener una relación armoniosa, no se permite consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, el respeto al personal y los visitantes, y una conducta respetuosa con el entorno.
