I'm looking for volunteers, single, couples (with a child) also welcome.
I would love to host some dedicated people who carry love for living beeings and earth in their hearts and some skills in their hands.
The land is still in winter dress and spring is coming so a beautiful uprising of the constructions and land is what I need help with.
You will have your own space ( a beautiful observatory with heating, your own kitchen and wood burner up on the hill with a stunning view into far surrounding hills.
Im especially looking for a skilled human with some carpentry and building experience. I offer additional payment for someone who likes to work more than the exchange hours in building and is bringing the skills needed. Our deal we would have to discuss.
Someone experienced with cob or eager to learn from me and then apply also welcome.
The projects I need help with are ;
- building a beautiful shower space with bamboo ,wood maybe clay.
- planting and re - planting trees
- cutting bamboo
- garden work/ magical landscaping
- painting
- mulching and preparing gardens
- a simple door for a beautiful small structure
- going to the beach with me to pick some beautiful succulent for a green roof
- sanding wood, treating wood
- art
- digging & strumming
- laying pathways with stones
- organising
- upcycling and making Basic Mobiliar ( carpentry)
Hi People
After some years of traveling i came to this amazing farm with my daughter to create a beautiful, harmonic & creative, green & self-sufficient homebase embedded with nature. I'm inspired by the many magical places I've visited in the World and dedicated to turn this Piece of Land into an Oasis and create Space for Plants, animals and People to heal , be and explore.
We two (36 & 14) are a young family accompanied by lovely animals: one Dog, 3 Horses, Cats and usually friends or guest's around at the land . It gets calmer towards autumn and silent in winter.
Here ( with us and in the Region) you will find Natural building, some permaculture, much openness to discuss mind altering substances as a tool, plenty of possiblities for good workshops or ceremonies close by, alternative ways of education & learning, lots of silence, starry Nights, animals, lovely people and the ocean is about 20 min to drive.the stunning wild coast of South - west Portugal and different amazing beaches, surf spots, typical south Portuguese small and bigger towns with lots of bars, cafes and an amazing, buzzing,international community around.
Close to my Land you can find an small lake to swim in the middle of old cork trees and gentle rolling hills.
The work on the land and I require physically and mentally stable people.
I expect help on 4-5 flexible hours on 5 days with a diligent workattitude.
A lot about my work happens on, with and around the land so I might be around the 2 hectar land mostly. Still I have things to Do, a daughter & a life and i won't be there all the time. sometimes I would love to show you some places or take you to events if you like.
We can enjoy some evenings beeing together and do whatever comes up,music or talking, fires or night walks or sunset beach or whatever and some evenings I will wanna spend on my own or only with my daughter.
Please feel into yourself and decide if you can enjoy yourself and be happy alone and independently sometime too.

What i can offer are bonfires at night ( as long as we're in the wet season), an amazing View and surrounding embedded in Nature. You can connect with the horses maybe take them for a walk. We can do things together I would like to show you some of the beautiful places this part of earth is offering to us.
In this area you will find a lovely people from all over the World - come and join a party or some of the many conscious events and workshops happeneing in the area and make new connections.
We've got nice places and lovely markets with handcrafts and delicious food to meet the beautiful people living in the Alentejo who Form a buzzing community. You can join all kinds of estatic dances, , interesting & mind expanding workshops or ceremonies.
We can also make music together
You can go to the Portuguese Village's and get known with the locals in one of the Cafe's or dancing parties they have from time to time.

Unterkunft
The stay in a tiny & simple caravan with an amazing view and double bed. If there more than two people helping and visiting us, I got a belltent with comfy beds to stay in too. Your free to use our kitchen and have a showers in the house.

During your time off _ here is a lot to explore.
You can go surfing, explore the stunning hiking trails along the coast, canoying, horse riding, joining pizza parties and jam sessions. Here are also lovely local markets with fantastic handmade stuff and delicious food. Or you can enjoy the silence and time for yourself in a hammock...
Next town is cercal which is a 1 hour walk and has cafes, shopping markets, pizzeria ...
I can offer you a bike for use & can also bring you sometimes somewhere and take you with me of course.
