  We are a family of five adults and one child. We live in the countryside, in the middle of the mountain range, on Lower Lake, surrounded by nature and close to the Argentine border.
  Somos una familia de 5 adultos y una niña.
  Vivimos en el campo, al medio de la cordillera , en el Lago Inferior, rodeados de naturaleza y cerca de la frontera Argentina.

  We are a German-Chilean family. We speak both languages at home. You can learn about self-sustaining farm life, organic gardening, planting crops and seed production, and everything that farming entails. You can also learn about general construction, such as making wood, building fences, and firewood. The jobs and chores vary depending on the season.

  En nuestra casa hablamos los dos idiomas.
  Pueden aprender la vida de campo autosustentable, huerta orgánica, siembras cosechas y producción de semillas, y todo que conlleva la agricultura. También de construcción en general, hacer madera, construir, hacer cercos, leña. Los trabajos y quehaceres van cambiando depende de la época.

  We are looking for help with various field jobs, such as gardens, greenhouses, firewood storage, and construction.
  Buscamos ayuda en diferentes trabajos de campo, huertas, invernaderos, guardar leña, y construcción .

  Unterkunft

  During the fall and winter months, our small cabin with a wood-burning stove, private bathroom/shower, and hot water is available, 50 meters from our house. In the spring and summer, we set up a large, two-room tent with a mattress and sheets. The bathroom and shower are shared with us. Meals are shared at our house, where we all eat and gather.
  En los meses de Otoño /invierno está disponible nuestra cabañita con estufa a leña, baño/ ducha privada y agua caliente, a 50 metros de nuestra casa. En primavera / verano armamos una carpa grande, con 2 " piezas" con colchón y sábanas, baño y ducha se comparte con nosotros .
  Las comidas son compartidas en nuestra casa, donde comemos y nos juntamos todos.

  Was noch ...

  In your free time you can go hiking to different viewpoints, or trekking in the mountains, boat rides, visit the different lakes, go fishing, go to the beach, or even get to know a little bit of Argentina. I want to mention that we live very isolated, our house can only be reached by boat or on foot! We only have WiFi, there is no telephone signal.
  
  En su tiempo libre pueden realizar caminatas a diferentes miradores, o trekking a la cordillera, paseos en bote, conocer los diferentes lagos, pesca recreativa, playa , o también conocer un poco de Argentina
  Quiero mencionar que vivimos muy aislados, a nuestra casa se llega únicamente en bote y caminando! Solo tenemos WiFi , no hay señal telefónica.
