  Hi! I’m Yan, I’m 31 years old and I live in Medellín with my cat, Princesa — a fluffy 13-year-old baby who needs lots of love, patience, and daily care.
  
  From December 26th to January 25th, I’ll be traveling outside the city, and I’m looking for a loving, reliable, and very organized woman to live in my home during that month to take care of her and keep my place spotless.
  
  🐱 What I need most:
  
  Give Princesa daily love and company.
  
  Administer her daily medicine responsibly.
  
  Clean her litter box every day and keep everything immaculate.
  
  Make sure she always has fresh food and water, and keep an eye on her well-being.
  
  🧼 You’ll also need to:
  
  Keep the apartment clean, organized, and peaceful.
  
  Respect the house rules (no parties, no unknown visitors).
  
  Be a disciplined, tidy, and careful person.

  A beautiful apartment with a city view, located in Belén, just 15 minutes from El Poblado.
  
  Your own private bedroom with bathroom, all utilities included.

  👨‍👩‍👧 During the first few days:
  My family will be visiting until December 27th, so you’ll get to spend time with us, enjoy a warm family atmosphere, and maybe help a little with my nieces while we’re all together.
  
  In my home, we treat each other like family — we support one another, share, and take care of our space with love. I’d like you to feel the same: that you’re arriving at a home filled with harmony, respect, and collaboration.

  I’m not looking for someone who enjoys partying or plans to spend nights away from the apartment.
  
  Princesa needs her daily medication, so your consistent presence is essential.

  Tu propia habitación con baño privado, todos los servicios incluidos.
  
  Un ambiente hogareño, seguro y acogedor donde serás tratada como parte de la familia.
  
  300 mil pesos para cubrir tus alimentos del mes.

  Mi familia estará de visita hasta el 27 de Diciembre, así que podrás compartir con nosotras, disfrutar de un ambiente cálido y ayudarme un poco con mis sobrinas mientras estamos juntas.
  
  En mi casa nos tratamos como familia: nos apoyamos, compartimos y cuidamos el espacio con cariño. Me gustaría que sintieras lo mismo: que llegas a un hogar donde se vive en armonía, respeto y colaboración.

  I would like a clean and organized woman who can accompany my 7-year-old daughter at home while I also work at home and she needs attention for creative games, study, and practice of the English and/or French language or go to the park. Also sometimes this person could stay home with her if I have a meeting away from home. Additionally I want to improve my English. you can also help me with the cat's food and cleaning and maybe sometimes if my apt is very dirty (it's not usual) you could help me keep things clean.

Adicionalmente yo quiero mejorar mi inglés. también puede ayudarme con la comida y limpieza de la gata y Quizá algunas veces si mi apto está muy sucio (no es usual) podrías ayudarme a mantener las cosas limpias.

  In your free time you can explore the city, make new friends, we can go skating, sometimes a little exercise. If you want to go out at night you can do it to see the nightlife of the city. Yes, I can accompany you, I will. On weekends we can go to visit towns/beaches around the apartment. I have a car and it is easy to get around the city. Likewise, if you want to go out alone you can request an Uber service or take the subway that passes nearby.
