  Looking for help to redo gardens and maintain property so I can sell it eventually. I live in very beautiful place on north shore. Beaches within walking distance. Have very nice 4 bedroom house and live alone. 3 bedrooms for helpers :)
  
  I am most interested in people from asia. I want to establish some connections as I plan to live in asia in winters soon. I speak conversational Japanese.
  
  Willing to help people with tourist activities. I know this place well and can help arrange lots of activities:)
  
  House has all facilities including bbq and air conditioning. Gardens and orchard. Big deck with furniature as well as fire pit.
  
  Look forward to meeting new people.

  I am specifically wanting to make contact with asian participant's. Reason being as I want to spent winters in asia soon. I studied at Sophia University in Tokyo Japan. Every winter for past few yrs I have travelled in asia. Wish to continue this for more time.. looking to establish contacts.
  
  I have been here in pei ling time. Have a good ability to help people plan good times here. I have a lot of contacts.

  Arbeit

  I need to weed some gardens and organize my space. There are activities such as weeding gardens and flower beds. That skill would be useful. I also need to clean out my barn. Simple organizing of things to keep and things to throw away.
  
  Some simple painting g in the house also.
  
  I restore classic japanese motorbikes so could also use help there.
  
  I have three rooms as well as lots of camping equip if u have that interest. Property is 2 acres so lots of space.

  My place is modern 4 bedroom farm house. 1.5 baths. Ac as well as heat. I can provide a private bed with shared bath and living area. Have also large tent with 2 rooms if u prefer this. Estate is water view and 2 acres. Lots of nice grass and gardens. Large deck on front and back of house. Can enjoy sun or shade. Walking distance from white sand beach. South Rustico PEI.
  
  I am very good cook so can do most of that but need to know food everyone likes. My hope is for shared cooking. I hope some of u can impress me with new foods :)

  I can most certainly drive u few.places. I do have few bikes avail.
  
  House rules pretty simple. Clean up after yourself. I keep very clean house. Dish washer as well as cloths washer and dryer avail.
