Hello! We’re a mixed couple living on the remote, beautiful island of Karimunjawa, Indonesia. Together with our three-year-old twins, we enjoy a laid-back, nature-connected lifestyle and are looking for a babysitter to become part of our family for the next few months.
We run a small hospitality business and are well connected with both the local community and travelers visiting the island. Life here is both peaceful and chaotic, social and quiet, relaxing and adventurous — and we love it that way. We hope to find someone who will feel just as comfortable and happy in this dynamic setting.

Arbeit
We’re looking for a special kind of babysitter — someone who is not only great with kids but also independent, proactive, and socially confident. You enjoy getting to know new people in your free time and are equally comfortable taking charge during helping hours.
Tasks include:
Caring for our twins with love, structure, and creativity
Cooking simple, healthy, varied meals for the family
Engaging in educational play and supporting child development
Helping with light household duties
Being part of family life — but also independent enough to manage your own time and space
You have a sharp eye for detail and quickly pick up on family routines and preferences. You're someone who loves coming up with fun, original activities and can bring both joy and calm into a household with young kids.
We’re looking for someone who is:

Culturally sensitive and respectful
Adventurous and fun-loving

Please note:
There’s no public transport on the island — riding a motorbike is essential for independence
We prefer someone who can stay until mid-December
We can assist with your visa process
