Hello.
I'm Detlev, a German French man who traveled the world from many countries, the Guyana jungle, Thailand, Nepal (NGO), Tahiti…..
Five years ago I walked the Portuguese Camino (Lisbonne to Santiago). At the very north of Portugal I passed an plot of beautiful land with a very nice view and old house in stone with exceptional garden. I felt a strong energy coming from the land and I instantly fell in love. I completed the Camino and then came back and bought the plot of land and house.
My idea was to build a special place to recharge peoples and pilgrims souls and since the house and the garden are roughly finished now, the first people can stay for a retreat in this Year. Although for completely finishing the area there are a few projects that have to be completed first. To mention some of them there is a vegetable garden that has to be created (for fresh food), and the small cottage has to be finished as well!
ps: all the meal (vegetarian and organic are included).

The roman city of Ponte de Lima is very close and has bars, restaurants, library and pharmacy….
every Saturday there is a market in the city (Monday very big all 15 Days). There is also a nice path along the river Lima that you can go for a walk or of the Camino de Santiago….
Arbeit
I would welcome loads of help to get everything done in the next months. I mainly need help with the following: cooking healthy vegetarian meals, cleaning the house, some gardening and just lending a hand wherever needed.
Although people who have experience with gardening, diy, physical therapy or teaching yoga will be preferred!
