  Welcome!
  
  We are a young community project based in the east of Asturias.
  
  Our core group consists of ten people, with many others showing interest and curiosity. After a year of community-building, gatherings, and weekly online meetings, we began working on our land in March 2025. Most of us still live across different parts of Spain. Since March, four people have been living here permanently, and over the summer we have been working hard on the project.
  
  *During the winter, there are always people on the land, and we expect the group to start growing again in early 2026 until summer arrive. So, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll see how we can organize ourselves to continue learning and working together.
  
  The land spans 15 hectares of wilderness, including old forests, rivers, pastures, a ruined village, and a house we're currently renovating using recycled materials and bioconstruction. We're also creating our first garden, inspired by permaculture and syntropic agroforestry.
  
  Important to know:
  
  We’ve got hot water in the shower now! The internet connection is limited to certain areas and times, and our solar panel system is running perfectly. Some of the big wins of this summer season!
  Both the shower and the compost toilet are in small cabins near the house, integrated into the circular system for water use and waste composting. In other words, there is no bathroom integrated into the house as is usually the case.
  
  There is a comfortable room available in the house. You’re always welcome to pitch a tent or park your van on the land.
  
  Although we enjoy having fun and celebrating daily life freely, you should know that we are not a place focused on substance use in general. If you are looking for a place centered around this type of party scene, this may not be the right fit for you. We do have designated areas for smoking, and we are very respectful of people who are sensitive to smoke.
  
  We usually do activities together in our free time, but sometimes it might not be like that, and that's why we like people with a bit of autonomy.

  Somos un proyecto comunitario joven ubicado en el oriente de Asturias.
  
  Nuestro grupo principal está formado por diez personas, aunque muchas más han mostrado interés y curiosidad. Después de un año de trabajo comunitario, encuentros y reuniones semanales online, comenzamos a trabajar en nuestra tierra en marzo de 2025. La mayoría de nosotr@s aún vivimos en diferentes partes de España. Desde marzo, cuatro personas han estado viviendo permanentemente, y durante el verano hemos estado trabajando duro en el proyecto.
  
  *Durante el invierno, siempre hay gente por el terreno y se espera que a partir de inicios de 2026 el grupo vaya creciendo de nuevo hasta llegar al verano. Asi que no dudeis en contactarnos y veremos como nos organizamos para seguir aprendiendo y trabajando junt@s.
  
  La tierra abarca 15 hectáreas de naturaleza salvaje, con antiguos bosques, ríos, praderas, un pueblo en ruinas y una casa que estamos renovando utilizando materiales reciclados y bioconstrucción. También estamos creando nuestro primer jardín, inspirado en la permacultura y la agroforestería sintrópica.
  
  ¡Información importante!
  
  ¡Ya tenemos ducha con agua caliente! La conexión a internet es limitada a ciertos espacios /horarios y nuestro sistema de placas solares esta funcionando correctamente. Algunos de los grandes logros de esta temporada de verano.
  Tanto la ducha como el baño seco están en pequeñas construcciones cerca de la casa, integradas en el sistema circular de aprovechamiento de agua y compostaje de deshechos. Es decir, no hay baño integrado dentro en la casa como habitualmente suele ser.
  
  Hay una habitación cómoda en la casa. Si está ocupada, te avisaremos. Siempre puedes montar tu tienda de campaña o aparcar tu furgoneta aquí.
  
  Aunque nos gusta divertirnos y celebrar el dia a dia libremente debes saber que no somos un lugar enfocado en el consumo de sustancias en general. Si estas buscando un lugar enfocado en este tipo de fiestas probablemente este no es tu sitio. Tenemos zonas habilitadas para fumar y somos muy respetuosos con la gente sensible al humo.
  
  Normalmente trabajamos y hacemos actividades juntas en nuestro tiempo libre, pero en ocasiones podría no ser así y por eso nos gusta la gente con un poco de autonomía.

  Unterkunft

  We have one comfortable habitation and space to camp in tents or caravans. If the room is occupied, we will let you know and can provide a tent and sleeping arrangements.
  We offer all the shared community meals. Extras and alcohol are not included .

  Tenemos una habitación confortable y espacio para acampar con tienda de campaña o caravana. Si la habitación está ocupada te lo haremos saber y podemos ofrecer una tienda y lo necesario para dormir.
  Ofrecemos todas las comidas compartidas con el grupo. Extras y alcohol no estan incluido.

  Was noch ...

  The nearest town, Arriondas, is 10 minutes away by car or about 45 minutes on foot. It has both a bus and train station connecting you with Oviedo and the rest of Asturias. We're close to the Picos de Europa, just 20 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by opportunities for hiking, kayaking, climbing, surfing, and partying.

  El pueblo más cercano, Arriondas, está a 10 minutos en coche o unos 45 minutos caminando. Tiene estación de tren y autobuses, con conexión a Oviedo y el resto de Asturias. Estamos cerca de los Picos de Europa, a unos 20 minutos de la playa y rodead@s de opciones para hacer senderismo, escalada, kayak, surf y fiestas.

  Gaia (7 Jahren)

  Gaia es un cruce de Husky, es una perra muy tranquila la mayoría del tiempo, aunque también es bastante salvaje y necesita tiempo para coger confianza. Le encanta pasear en general, pero en la montaña brilla especialmente. A veces con otros animales puede sacar su carácter, por eso es importante que aviséis si traéis mascotas, para poder gestionar el encuentro.
