Hi I'm sergio. I am in the process of design and execution our ecological and sustainable settlement proposal for a good living. I live in the rural town of Melosillas, in the municipality of Casablanca, 35 klms from the city of Valparaíso, within a sector of the "Biosphere Reserve: La Campana-Peñuelas".
Those who opt for cooperation and volunteering will find a space to share experiences that lead to design and construction with wood and raw mud, carpentry, agroecology, rehearse other modes of clean and passive energy and understand the value of ecological toilets. It is a way of life to share with those who intend to build a better world, learning to adapt to the phenomena of climate change and the future with less energy demand but not with less quality of life.
The space corresponds to 1 Hct within a biological corridor, designed in areas according to Permaculture criteria. I have built a house with natural elements: wood and earth; spaces of fruit orchards, vegetables and medicinal plants. Shower and space to install tents.
The ecological proposal corresponds to the holistic and integrative vision, where intellectual work and manual work are simultaneous as in the production of an artifact and the production of meanings.
Hola, soy Sergio. Me encuentro en proceso de diseño y ejecución, propuesta ecológica y sustentable de asentamiento para el buen vivir. Resido en la localidad rural de Melosillas, comuna de Casablanca, a 35 klms de la ciudad de Valparaíso, dentro de un sector de la "Reserva de la Biósfera: La Campana-Peñuelas". Quienes optan por la cooperación y el voluntariado encontrarán un espacio donde compartir experiencias que conducen al diseño y construcción con maderas y barro crudo, carpintería, agroecología, ensayar otros modos de energías limpias y pasivas y entender el valor de los sanitarios ecológicos. Se trata de una forma de vida para compartir con quienes tienen propósitos de construir un mundo mejor, aprendiendo a adaptarnos a los fenómenos del cambio climático y al porvenir con menos demanda energética pero no por ello con menos calidad de vida.
El espacio corresponde a 1 Hct dentro de un corredor biológico, diseñado en zonas de acuerdo a criterios y principios de la Permacultura. La casa la construí con elementos naturales: maderas y tierra; hay espacios de huertos frutales, hortalizas y plantas medicinales. También ducha y espacio para instalar carpas.
La propuesta ecológica corresponde a la visión holístico e integradora, donde el trabajo intelectual y el trabajo manual son simultáneas como en la producción de un artefacto y la producción de significados.

It seeks to facilitate exchanges of technical and cultural knowledge through sharing enriching experiences in areas of ecology or socio-environmental. In this context, volunteers will learn from practice to deepen socio-environmental issues and manage techniques to adapt to the phenomena of climate change and the future with less energy demand but not with less quality of life.
Se busca facilitar intercambios de conocimientos técnicos y culturales a través de compartir experiencias enriquecedoras en áreas de la ecología o socioambiental. En este contexto, los voluntarios aprenderán desde la práctica a profundizar en temas socioambientales y manejar técnicas para adaptarnos a los fenómenos del cambio climático y al porvenir con menos demanda energética pero no por ello con menos calidad de vida.

Unterkunft
The volunteer will find reserved space to stay and use the bathroom, shower and kitchen. Tent and mattresses will be provided in cases that require it.
I offer breakfast and afternoon snack for 3 to 4 hours a day.
Shared lunch with volunteer.
El voluntario encontrará espacio reservado para alojarse y hacer uso de baño, ducha y cocina. Se facilitará carpa y colchones en casos que lo requieran.
Ofrezco desayuno y merienda por voluntariado de 3 a 4 horas en el día.
Almuerzo compartido junto a voluntario.

This is a place of nature and fragments of native forests. You can visit Peñuelas Park Nature Reserve and surrounding natural landscapes. Transportation available
es lugar de naturaleza y fragmentos de bosques nativos. Pueden visitar Reserva Natural Parque Peñuelas y paisajes naturales aledaños del lugar. Transporte disponible.
