  Hello! We are Ana, from Portugal, and Kike, from Mexico, with 2 amazing kids, living a simple family life in a beautiful big piece of land deep in nature, where we hold events for people to connect with themselves, nature and life in a deep and beautiful way.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  We live in a very special land, in an enchanted valley. It is big, with many trees, and there are many different areas that need different kids of care.
  We welcome mature and connected people who like to truly create a relation with the spirit of the land and can help take care of this beautiful sanctuary of Mother Earth. The ideal is that you are experienced, autonomous and self confident in how you work , but also sensitive and intuitive. There are a lot of jobs in pruning trees, clearing weeds, fixing paths, creating gardens, etc. We don't always enjoy having to tell you what to do all the time, so we really appreciate that you are someone who is motivated and inspired.
  We are also specially looking forward to receive people with experience, skill and wisdom in eco building and carpentry, to help us renovate some structures and create new ones.
  
  We don't have the intention of providing entertainment to our volunteers: because we host activities with groups of people, we have a lot of need for introverted time. We keep our house as private family space. But we also love to gather in circle and share good songs and meaningful time, so if you come with no expectations this flow can also happen. We host sweat lodges and other group events so most likely you may also have the opportunity to participate in these events.

  Arbeit

  We are a family with 2 kids living in a beautiful 10Ha land.
  We welcome working hands to support with the maintenance of this huge beautiful land and housekeeping. For some jobs you don't need much experience: clearing areas from weeds and brambles, helping us out with Laundry, watering the veg garden, planting, harvesting and conserving food from the Earth...
  Then there are some projects for which we welcome people that know what they are doing! Eco building (we have a few eco building projects on going like building earth walls, roofs and wooden platforms), carpentry, garden design, water and electric connections...
  We also welcome audiovisual and social media support as i am a medicine singer and am recording my album at the moment.
  We have kids (10 and 13) who very much welcome creative/artistic input and educational/academic stuff.
  
  We offer basic food and you can complete with your specific needs.

  Unterkunft

  We have sometimes available a beautiful little adobe house with double bed and bathroom (we also receive friends and family members there), a large caravan with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a camper van with 2 double beds. There is an outdoors kitchen, hot shower and compost toilets.

  Was noch ...

  Around the area where we live there is a very beautiful international alternative conscious community, with a large offer of events. We are less than 1 hour from the beach, and there are beautiful lakes around.
  To move around you usually need your own car, unless there are other volunteers in the land t the same time that agree to travel with you.

  The dirt road to arrive is rough but slowly you can do it, except in very rainy times. We have a lot of flat parking space.
