  Beschreibung

  We are a small family living in a small eco village in Norway near Holmestrand. Our off-grid home is in the forest and here we are homeschooling our 9 year old daughter. We also have a dog named Aylah and a cat named Skog ( forest ).
  
  As a family we spend a lot of time at our home and one of our biggest motivations for building our home was to share our place- and share experiences, language, knowledge and good times.
  
  My education is in dance, and all though dance is still a big part of my life, it is no longer a fulltime profession. I enjoy being active and using my body, swimming or dancing- or being ourdoors walking my dog, in the garden or climbing. I am a creative type- present, postive and soft.
  
  My partner is Arnfinn. He is a friendly, earthy, practical and kind man that likes to be outside, work with wood and practical things as well as being physically active.
  
  Our daughter is 9 years old, and is very interested in meeting new people and learning new things. She is talkative, curious and full of zest, Loves dancing, martial arts, music and everything creative.
  
  We also share this land with 4 other friendly families that live in their own home made houses nearby. A friendly community with a lot of skills and knowledge.

  We will eat together and do tasks together on many days of the week. You will have plenty of time to chill and be in nature. We will play, go swimming and walk in the forest. You can also join me when I leave for Oslo or other cities close by.
  
  My skills are creative, educational, physical and social. My partner is very handy and clever at finding good solutions and fixing things. My daughter is very social, talkative and positive.
  
  We hope to get to know a friendly soul that will find joy and peace in our way of life- and perhaps offer new perspectives on life by sharing lived experiences and good times together.

  Arbeit

  The past 9 years of our lives have been a bit challenging due to several events in our family. We therefore find ourselves in need of an extra set of hands both for the extra support and to create a bit more ease and joyful exchange in our life.
  
  A big part of our lifestyle is homeschooling. That means that our daughter is often joining us in what we do. So you will need to see yourself enjoying hanging out with a very energetic and talkative 9 year old. Sometimes alone, and sometimes with us. Speaking either English and/or Norwegian would be a must.
  
  - we have been working on a garden for a few years and it still needs some more love
  - we have a few layers of paint left on our outside walls
  - cooking and other everyday household tasks
  - hanging out with our kid (no baby sitting or anything similar needed)

  Unterkunft

  Just 1 min walk from our house there is a small simple and newly renovated cabin. The cabin is beautiful and cosy and has a bed, coach, stove and heater. No electricity and water. Water and wood will be brought from our house. Outside toilet. Bedding provided. Shower in the forest, lake or our house.
  
  We share lunch and/or dinner on most days. You can also cook in your cabin.

  Was noch ...

  A drivers license is a positive unless you are totally fine with just being here most of the time. No public transport. Small shop 30 min bike ride away.
  
  There is also an ecological farm in walking distance with cows and goats where you can buy cheese, milk and yoghurt.
