Beschreibung
I am a retired person living in the countryside (35 Km from Turin, Italy). I live in an elegant house surrounded by a beautiful wood with a garden, an orchard and an olive grove. There are many opportunities for you to practice gardening, hiking and enjoy various outdoor activities.
Turin is in Piedmont and it is a city with a unique history and a lot of incredible museums. The old town is fascinating and certainly worth exploring. Near my house there are plenty of pleasant destinations for one-day trips both on the mountains and to the seaside.
I have previously worked in Belgium and I am used to having contact with foreign people. I am also willing to practice Russian with any native speakers.

Travellers could learn Italian. I would be pleased to teach my language if travellers are interested. I have been a teacher myself for a while during my working life.
I am interested in liturature and history and I would be veery happy to guide guests during their visits of the region.
Arbeit
I am ready to host garden lovers. Help for weeding is needed, although I try to use mulching extensively in order to grow vegetables more efficiently. I also intend to enlarge the garden area but that will depend on the help I will be able to get.
I also have about 100 olive trees but until harvesting time next October the main job there will be just grass cutting.
So if you want to spend a few weeks in the Italian countryside and you like doing physical exercise in a pleasant natural environment please contact me.

I have always been fascinated by languages and their linguistic origins. I am currently studying Russian and am hoping to be fluent soon.
Unterkunft
Accomodation is offered either at my place or in a separate building which is only a few minutes walk.
I am ready to provide meals to the guests. Part of it will be self-produced, since I grow fresh fruit and vegetables in the garden. I have a dozen hens as well, which produce eggs regularly.
Guests can cook their own meals or we can have meals together according to personal preferences.

There is a bus stop 500 m from my house. The nearest railway station is at 7 Km (10' by car) and I can offer a lift if needed. Guests can easily reach Turin in an hour or so either by bus or by train. There is also the possibility of interesting one-day excursions in the area (Monte Tre Denti, Monte Freidour, Rifugio Melano/Casa Canada, etc...).

Renato is a polite and humble person, he doesn't has exigencies, in his house you are going to feel like you are in your house. He cooks really well and you if you want you can cook whatever you want.
