  We are a non-profit NGO that provides comprehensive education based on love to children and adolescents at high risk in Peru. Our main objective is that people feel Loved, Protected and that they achieve their life purpose.
  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many institutions decided to stop working. However, we assume the challenge of continuing to offer a comprehensive quality education to our children through technology and in person. It is a great challenge that we have been assuming since last year with great responsibility.
  Following government regulations, we are enabling our school for face-to-face classes after 2 years. Therefore, we have created safe spaces for our children, teachers and volunteers; and can continue to interact and achieve their growth through learning. We use the WhatsApp platform and online videoconferences to develop our classes and programs, also in person.
  I hope that you can take on this great challenge with us and that you can contribute your skills and knowledge to change reality and improve the quality of life of our children.
  
  
  Somos una ONG sin fines de lucro, que brinda una educación integral basada en el amor a niños y adolescentes en alto riesgo de Perú. Nuestro principal objetivo es que las personas se sientan Amadas, Protegidas y que alcancen su propósito de vida.
  Por la pandemia Covid – 19, muchas instituciones decidieron dejar de funcionar. Sin embargo, nosotros asumimos el reto de continuar ofreciendo una educación integral de calidad a nuestros niños mediante la tecnología y en forma presencial. Es un gran reto que llevamos asumiéndolo desde el año pasado con mucha responsabilidad.
  Siguiendo las disposiciones del gobierno, estamos habilitando nuestra escuela para las clases presenciales después de 2 años. Por ello, hemos creado espacios seguros para nuestros niños, maestros y voluntarios; y puedan seguir interactuando y logrando su crecimiento a través del aprendizaje. Usamos la plataforma de WhatsApp y las videoconferencias online para desarrollar nuestras clases y programas, también en forma presencial.
  Espero que puedas asumir con nosotros este gran reto y que puedas aportar tus habilidades y conocimientos para lograr cambiar la realidad y mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros niños.

  Crea consciencia – tendrás una visión más amplia de la realidad del mundo. Descubrirás las diferencias y semejanzas entre tu cultura y una nueva. Esto implica explorar tradiciones, gastronomía, hábitos y nuevas formas de comunicarte.
  La riqueza cultural a la que van a estar expuestos es bastante grande, pues los voluntarios aprenden de otras tradiciones, otras culturas, costumbres.
  Vivir en un país donde se habla otro idioma es la mejor manera de aprender a hablarlo como una persona local más, ya que tendrás sí o sí que aprenderlo para hacerte entender y manejarte de forma independiente.
  El estar inmerso todo el día en una sociedad que habla una determinada lengua es la mejor forma de incorporarla y aprenderla de manera real, yendo más allá del diccionario y tomando contacto con los modismos del lugar.
  El voluntariado es una manera fácil de explorar tus intereses y tus pasiones de manera divertida. Además, trabajar como voluntario te ayudará a encontrar significado a tu vida y te ofrecerá una forma interesante de salir de la rutina diaria.
  Anímate a vivir una experiencia diferente, deja huella en la vida de muchos niños.

  Arbeit

  Depending on your abilities, gifts and visions you can do different things with the children of our schools (Lima and mountains)
  You can:
  1) Support the teachers in the classroom, taking care of the children and helping them with the day's activities.
  2) Teach art, sports and others (such as a minimum period of one month.)
  3) Create a fundraiser through an online campaign that allows receiving international donations for different projects.
  4) Help in marketing, make an institutional video, take professional photos, improve the web site, etc.
  5) Collaborate with the habilitation of school environments, construction, repair thereof, and more.
  6) Bring a used laptop to create a computer lab or other educational materials.
  
  In our organization there are many needs and you can leave your mark on the lives of many children.
  
  Dependiendo de tus habilidades, dones y visiones puedes hacer cosas diferentes con los niños de nuestras escuelas (Lima y montañas)
  Tú puedes:
  1) Apoyar a los maestros en el aula, cuidando a los niños y ayudarlos con las actividades del día.
  2) Enseñar arte, deportes y otros (como periodo mínimo de un mes.)
  3) Crear una recaudación de fondos mediante una campaña online que permita recibir donaciones internacionales para diferentes proyectos.
  4) Ayudar en marketing, hacer un video institucional, tomar fotos profesionales, mejorar la web site, etc.
  5) Colaborar con la habilitación de los ambientes de la escuela, construcción, reparación de los mismos, y más.
  6) Traer una laptop usada para crear un laboratorio de cómputo u otros materiales educativos.
  
  En nuestra organización hay muchas necesidades y tú puedes dejar tu huella en la vida de muchos niños.

  Unterkunft

  Our NGO is the refuge of many families who find help. But often, before giving, you have to receive and in this scale the volunteers have a stellar weight. Our NGO lacks sufficient resources to meet all requests for help, because we do not receive any support from the government and individuals. Therefore we request a symbolic economic collaboration $6 per day that covers accommodation and food expenses.
  -Accommodation all the time that its participation in our project lasts from Monday to Sunday.
  -Three daily Peruvian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) from Monday to Friday, prepared by Regina the NGO cook.
  -Access to Wifi, internet throughout the organization (good signal).
  - Access to laptops, TV with cable, sound equipment.
  - Shared room with comfortable beds, private bathroom and hot water (if more than 2 volunteers)
  - Access to kitchen and living room
  -The rooms are within the same NGO, therefore it is not necessary to spend on mobility to go to school.
  
  
  Nuestra ONG es el refugio de muchas familias que encuentran ayuda. Pero a menudo, antes de dar, tienes que recibir y en esta escala los voluntarios tienen un peso estelar. Nuestra ONG carece de recursos suficientes para satisfacer todas las solicitudes de ayuda, ya que no recibimos ningún tipo de apoyo del gobierno y particulares. Por lo tanto, solicitamos una colaboración económica simbólica por día que cubre los gastos de alojamiento y alimentación.
  Todo lo que está incluido es:
  -Alojamiento todo el tiempo de su participación en nuestro proyecto de lunes a domingo.
  -Tres comidas peruanas diarias (desayuno, almuerzo y cena) de lunes a viernes, preparadas por Regina la cocinera de la ONG.
  -Acceso a Wifi, internet en toda la organización (buena señal).
  - Acceso a computadoras portátiles, TV con cable, equipo de sonido.
  - Habitación compartida con camas cómodas, baño privado y agua caliente (si hay más de 2 voluntarios)
  - Acceso a la cocina y a la sala de estar
  -Las habitaciones están en la misma ONG, por lo que no es necesario gastar en movilidad para ir a la escuela.

Por ello, la interacción que tenemos con nuestros niños es presencial y mediante videoconferencias online.   Workaway bietet Möglichkeiten für einen nicht-monetären kulturellen Austausch, bei dem Gastgeber Workawayern im Gegenzug für ihre Hilfe Verpflegung und eine Unterkunft zur Verfügung stellen. In einigen Ausnahmefällen kann eine kleine Gebühr/Spende (in der Regel nicht mehr als 5 Dollar pro Tag) an Gastgeber genehmigt werden, z. B. für registrierte Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen, die in der Vergangenheit viele positive Rückmeldungen von Volunteers erhalten haben. Jegliche Gebühren müssen direkt an die Wohltätigkeitsorganisation gehen und dürfen nur zur Deckung der Verpflegungskosten für die Volunteers verwendet werden. Dies wird im Angebot des Gastgebers deutlich gekennzeichnet.
  

  Angebote von Vertretern, „Mittelsmännern“ oder Projekten, die den Anschein erwecken, Profit aus dem Aufenthalt eines Volunteers zu schlagen, sind strengstens verboten. Jegliche Gebühren müssen im Voraus mit dem Workaway-Team besprochen und von diesem genehmigt werden.
