  I am a Yoga teacher who chose to live in the countryside two years ago, and since then I have never stopped working the land. I live with my son who is studying agriculture. Our project is both to work this wonderful land, enjoying its fruits (now we have sown the Russello wheat, a variety of ancient wheat), but also to welcome groups of people for activities related to Yoga and human well-being, closely contact with nature.
  
  Io sono un'insegnante di Yoga che due anni fa ha scelto di vivere in campagna, e da allora non ho smesso mai di lavorare la terra. Vivo con mio figlio che studia agraria. Il nostro progetto è sia di lavorare questa meravigliosa terra, godendo dei suoi frutti (adesso abbiamo seminato il grano Russello, una varietà di grano antico), ma anche quello di accogliere gruppi di persone per attività legate allo Yoga e al benessere umano, a stretto contatto con la natura.

  We are redesigning all the greenery and planting trees, pruning, and grafting. We are creating a large garden shared with some friends, trying to be able to nourish ourselves healthily with organic crops. Our property is also full of caves and natural paths to explore, walls to climb and much more. We would like to make all this wealth available.
  
  Stiamo riprogettando tutto il verde e stiamo piantando alberi, potando, e innestando. Stiamo creando un grande orto condiviso con alcuni amici, cercando di poterci nutrire in modo sano con coltivazioni biologiche. La nostra proprietà è ricca anche di grotte e percorsi naturali da esplorare, pareti da arrampicare e molto altro. Vorremmo mettere tutta questa ricchezza a disposizione.

  Arbeit

  We are in the open countryside and we have almost 30 hectares of land, partly with Mediterranean scrub and partly cultivated. We grow almonds, carob and olive trees, we have three donkeys, cats, chickens and a dog. We are also economically renovating the various small houses and warehouses on the estate. We are also open to new projects for the eco-sustainable economy.
  
  Siamo in aperta campagna e abbiamo quasi 30 ettari di terra, in parte a macchia mediterranea e in parte coltivata. Coltiviamo mandorle, carrube e olivi, abbiamo cinque asinelle, gatti, galline. Stiamo anche ristrutturando in economia le varie casette e magazzini della tenuta. Siamo anche aperti a nuovi progetti per l'economia ecosostenibile.

  The tent in the summer months is set up in the garden of the house, with a double bed or two singles and a bathroom with hot shower outside. The shared kitchen is well equipped and can be used. We also have a caravan to accommodate two people or better a couple.
  
  La tenda nei mesi estivi è sistemata nel giardino di casa, con un letto matrimoniale o due singoli e un bagno con doccia calda esterno. La cucina comune è ben attrezzata e può essere usata. Abbiamo anche una roulotte per ospitare due persone o meglio una coppia.

  Was noch ...

  Sicily is a land rich in history, there is a lot to discover and visit. The sea with its splendid beaches, such as Gelsomineto and Fontane Bianche, is 5 km from the property. In 20 minutes by car you can reach Syracuse and Noto. A few km. there are the fresh lakes of Cavagrande. Public transport is 3.5 km away.
  
  La Sicilia è una terra ricca di storia, molto c'è da scoprire e visitare. Il mare con le sue splendide spiagge, come il Gelsomineto e Fontane Bianche, dista 5 km dalla proprietà. In 20 minuti di auto si raggiunge Siracusa e Noto. A pochi km. ci sono i freschi laghetti di Cavagrande. I mezzi trasporto pubblici, sono a 3.5 km.
