  Hello!
  
  My name is Ivana. I am a yoga teacher originally from northern Italy, and in 2019 I decided to move to the countryside. Since then, I have never stopped working the land. I truly love being outdoors and working in close contact with nature.
  I live here with my son Alessandro, who studied agriculture and now also works in our farm. I mainly take care of welcoming guests, renting out the houses, and organizing retreats for groups focused on Yoga and human wellbeing.
  Alessandro is mainly responsible for working the land, caring for the trees, harvesting, and looking after the animals.
  We have around 30 hectares of land, rich in olive, carob, and almond trees. We also have five female donkeys who help us keep the land clean.
  
  Ciao! Sono Ivana, un’insegnante di yoga originaria del nord Italia e nel 2019 ho scelto di trasferirmi in campagna. Da allora non ho mai smesso di lavorare la terra, amo davvero stare all’aria aperta e lavorare a contatto con la natura.
  Vivo qui con mio figlio Alessandro, che ha studiato agricoltura e ora lavora anche lui nella nostra azienda agricola. Io mi occupo principalmente dell’accoglienza, dell’affitto delle case e dell’organizzazione di retrait per gruppi legati allo Yoga e al Benessere umano, mentre Alessandro si occupa soprattutto del lavoro nei campi, della cura degli alberi, della raccolta e degli animali.
  Abbiamo circa 30 ettari di terreno, ricchi di ulivi, carrubi e mandorli. Abbiamo anche cinque asine che ci aiutano a mantenere pulito il terreno.

  We are currently redesigning all of our green spaces, planting trees, pruning and grafting. We are also creating a large vegetable garden so that we can enjoy healthy, organic produce grown on our own land.
  Our property is also rich in caves and natural trails to explore, climbing walls and much more. We would love to make all of this richness available to our guests.
  Throughout the year, we have many different projects going on. Living on a farm means there is always something to do.
  During October and November, we offer the full olive harvest experience. We have many olive trees of our own and, from time to time, we also help with harvesting in other olive groves. You can experience the whole process with us, from picking the olives to visiting the olive mill, where you can see how they are transformed into olive oil.
  During the summer, we harvest carob and almonds, and throughout the rest of the year there are always different projects to work on.
  It is a truly immersive experience of what life on a farm is like — sometimes a little chaotic, but, in our opinion, a wonderful way of living.
  And if you feel like it and we have some free time, we could even enjoy a yoga class together.
  
  Stiamo riprogettando tutto il verde e stiamo piantando alberi, potando, e innestando. Stiamo creando un grande orto per poterci nutrire in modo sano con coltivazioni biologiche. La nostra proprietà è ricca anche di grotte e percorsi naturali da esplorare, pareti da arrampicare e molto altro. Vorremmo mettere tutta questa ricchezza a disposizione. Durante tutto l’anno abbiamo tanti progetti diversi in corso. Vivere in una fattoria significa che c’è sempre qualcosa da fare. Nei mesi di ottobre e novembre offriamo l’esperienza completa della raccolta delle olive. Abbiamo molti ulivi di nostra proprietà e, a volte, aiutiamo anche nella raccolta in altri uliveti. Potrete vivere con noi tutto il processo, dalla raccolta delle olive fino alla visita al frantoio, dove potrete vedere come vengono trasformate in olio. Durante l’estate raccogliamo carrube e mandorle e, durante il resto dell’anno, ci sono sempre diversi progetti in corso. È davvero un’esperienza completa di come si vive in una fattoria — che a volte può essere un po’ caotica, ma, secondo noi, è un buon modo di vivere. Se vi fa piacere e se abbiamo un po’ di tempo libero, potremmo anche fare una lezione di yoga insieme

  We are in the open countryside and we have almost 30 hectares of land, partly with Mediterranean scrub and partly cultivated. We grow almonds, carob and olive trees, we have three donkeys, cats, chickens and a dog. We are also economically renovating the various small houses and warehouses on the estate. We are also open to new projects for the eco-sustainable economy.We are looking for people who enjoy working the land and who are comfortable doing some physical work. Since our caravan has only one double bed, we prefer to host a couple or two friends who are happy to share the caravan.
  Please keep in mind that we live and work on a farm, so this is not a luxury stay. You should love being outdoors, be comfortable getting your hands a little dirty, spending time around animals and experiencing the countryside lifestyle.
  We are also happy to host families with children, as long as it is still possible to respect the agreed working hours.
  Depending on the season and the projects we are working on at the time, we may work together, but there may also be times when you will work independently on a project.
  We are always happy to welcome people who have skills that could be useful on our farm. Perhaps you are good at woodworking, gardening, construction work or tree care. We are not professional farmers ourselves either, so we really enjoy learning from others and making the most of the different skills and knowledge they can bring with them.
  
  
  
  Siamo in aperta campagna e abbiamo quasi 30 ettari di terra, in parte a macchia mediterranea e in parte coltivata. Coltiviamo mandorle, carrube e olivi, abbiamo cinque asinelle, gatti, galline. Stiamo anche ristrutturando in economia le varie casette e magazzini della tenuta. Siamo anche aperti a nuovi progetti per l'economia ecosostenibile.Cerchiamo persone a cui piace lavorare la terra e che non abbiano problemi a svolgere un po’ di lavoro fisico. Poiché la nostra roulotte dispone di un solo letto matrimoniale, preferiamo ospitare una coppia o due amici che siano disponibili a condividere la roulotte.
  Tenete presente che viviamo in una fattoria, quindi non si tratta di un soggiorno di lusso. Dovete amare stare all’aria aperta, non avere problemi a sporcarvi un po’ le mani, stare a contatto con gli animali e vivere la vita di campagna.
  Siamo anche disponibili ad ospitare famiglie con bambini, purché sia comunque possibile rispettare le ore di lavoro concordate.
  A seconda della stagione e dei progetti in corso in quel momento, potremmo lavorare insieme, ma ci possono essere anche momenti in cui lavorerete in autonomia a un progetto.
  Siamo sempre felici di ospitare persone che hanno competenze che potrebbero essere utili nella nostra azienda agricola. Magari siete bravi con la falegnameria, il giardinaggio, i lavori di costruzione o la cura degli alberi. Anche noi non siamo agricoltori professionisti, quindi ci fa molto piacere imparare dagli altri e sfruttare le diverse competenze e conoscenze che possono portare con sé.

  For your stay, we provide a caravan with one double bed and one single bed.
  I will prepare lunch for you and make sure there is always enough food available for you to prepare your own breakfast and dinner. The shared kitchen is always available, so even on rainy days there is a dry and comfortable place where you can eat, relax or play. Our space is also used by occasional campers, so sometimes you may share it with other guests and, at times, with us.
  We also have a small scooter that you can use in your free time to explore the surrounding area. And if you prefer to stay closer to home, there is plenty to discover right here on our land. We have a valley, a canyon and even some caves, with many beautiful places to explore and trails to follow that start directly from our farm.
  
  Per il vostro soggiorno mettiamo a disposizione una roulotte con un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo.
  Preparerò il pranzo per voi e farò in modo che ci sia sempre del cibo disponibile per preparare autonomamente la vostra colazione e la cena. La cucina condivisa è sempre a disposizione, quindi anche nelle giornate di pioggia c’è un luogo asciutto e confortevole dove mangiare, rilassarsi o giocare. Il nostro spazio è adibito anche per campeggiatori occasionali, per cui a volte potrete condividere questo spazio con altri ospiti e, a volte, con noi.
  
  Abbiamo anche un piccolo scooter che potrete utilizzare nel tempo libero per esplorare i dintorni. E se preferite rimanere più vicini a casa, c’è tantissimo da scoprire direttamente sulla nostra terra. Abbiamo una valle, un canyon e persino alcune grotte, con tanti luoghi bellissimi da esplorare e sentieri da percorrere che partono direttamente dalla nostra fattoria.

  Sicily is a land rich in history, there is a lot to discover and visit. The sea with its splendid beaches, such as Gelsomineto and Fontane Bianche, is 5 km from the property. In 20 minutes by car you can reach Syracuse and Noto. A few km. there are the fresh lakes of Cavagrande. Public transport is 3.5 km away. We also have a dog and several cats, so it is important that you feel comfortable being around animals.
  There is a reliable internet connection in the shared common area, while the Wi-Fi signal in the caravan may be weak or unavailable.
  
  
  
  La Sicilia è una terra ricca di storia, molto c'è da scoprire e visitare. Il mare con le sue splendide spiagge, come il Gelsomineto e Fontane Bianche, dista 5 km dalla proprietà. In 20 minuti di auto si raggiunge Siracusa e Noto. A pochi km. ci sono i freschi laghetti di Cavagrande. I mezzi trasporto pubblici, sono a 3.5 km.
  Abbiamo anche un cane e alcuni gatti, quindi è importante che vi sentiate a vostro agio a stare a contatto con gli animali.
  Nello spazio comune c’è una connessione internet affidabile, mentre nella roulotte il segnale Wi-Fi può essere debole o non disponibile.
