My name is Valle, 65 years old, vegetarian, three children aged 30, 28 and 267 who come and go from Vienna to the countryside, two dogs and a kitten, an orchard always in transition and an olive grove that we are trying to improve with regenerative techniques to improve the land, its biodiversity and production. Always researching, experimenting and learning.
Mi nombre es Valle, 65 años, vegetariana, tres hijos de 30, 28 y 27 años que van y vienen de Viena al campo, un perro y una gatita, un huerto siempre en transición y un olivar que estamos intentando mejorar con técnicas de agroecología para regenerar la tierra, la biodiversidad y la producción. Siempre investigando, experimentando y aprendiendo. Soy vegetariana pero acepto que otras personas coman animales (con moderación). Llevo una dieta sana y cuando no coincidan los horarios, la persona que esté puede utilizar la cocina sin problemas

The farm is located 500 meters from the village of El Arrecife, 6 km from La Carlota, a town of 10,000 inhabitants and 27 km from Córdoba, a World Heritage city, where there is bus service. I provide a bicycle for short trips. I also go to Seville once a week
