We are a small and welcoming hostel that has been running for 10 years in the heart of Hiroshima. Our guests come from all over the world, creating a vibrant, international atmosphere.
Just a 5-minute walk from the world-famous Atomic Bomb Dome and easy access to Miyajima Island—both UNESCO World Heritage Sites—our hostel is perfectly located for exploring both the historical and natural beauty of the region. -

You’ll have the chance to connect with guests from all over the world as well as local people in and around the hostel. Located in the heart of Hiroshima, our hostel offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the city’s history and witness its incredible recovery and vibrant present-day life.
Hiroshima is full of adventures! Explore beautiful small islands on the Seto Inland Sea, relax by its many rivers—even in the city center—or hike one of the numerous small mountains nearby. There’s always something new to discover in this fascinating city!
For those interested in language and culture, Hiroshima is also a great place to improve your Japanese. The city offers free Japanese classes two to three times a week, making it an ideal environment for anyone wanting to build their language skills while experiencing daily life in Japan.
While around 80% of our hostel guests are from overseas—so you'll have plenty of chances to use English—we ask our team members to always respect our Japanese guests by not forcing English on them. Instead, we encourage you to actively practice and use Japanese in those interactions. Naturally, this creates a great opportunity for immersive language learning in real-world settings.

5-minute walk to Peace Memorial Park
7-minute walk to a traditional Sento (public bath)
10-minute walk to downtown
All while being surrounded by friendly people, rich culture, and breathtaking scenery. -

This is not just a cleaning position.
The core value of our hostel is creating connections between people from different countries and cultures.
We are looking for someone who is social, proactive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with guests. If you prefer waiting for instructions or spending most of your free time alone, this may not be the right fit.
■ Your Main Responsibilities
Cleaning
・Cleaning dormitories, toilets, showers, kitchen, and common areas
・Making beds and maintaining hostel cleanliness
Guest Interaction (Very Important)
・Welcoming guests with a smile
・Starting conversations during check-in and throughout the day
・Talking with Japanese guests in simple English
・Greeting guests whenever they enter or leave
・Helping create a friendly atmosphere in the lounge
・Encouraging communication between guests
Reception
・Providing basic information about the hostel and Hiroshima
Content Creation
・At least 2 Instagram posts per week
・Writing occasional travel-related content
Event Support
・Helping with language exchange events and community activities

Most of our guests are international travelers, and there are relatively few Japanese guests.
If your primary goal is to improve your Japanese language skills or experience daily life mainly through interaction with locals, this may not be the best placement for you.

Their customer service was especially remarkable. They were always friendly and considerate towards our guests, and their willingness to take initiative was incredibly helpful. Even during busy times, they proactively found tasks to do and paid close attention to the needs of our guests. This kind of attitude is extremely valuable in a hostel environment, and thanks to them, our hostel became an even more welcoming place.
What really stood out is that they truly understand the core value of what a hostel is. They embraced the communal spirit and contributed to creating an inclusive and friendly atmosphere for everyone. With their excellent customer service skills and cheerful demeanor, I’m confident they will continue to bring joy to many more people in the future.

Helping at this hostel was a lot of fun and an amazing experience overall. The hostel is well organised, it's easy to maintain and the rest of the staff is wonderful. Staying at the hostel was really comfortable and the help wasn't hard at all. Everyone of the staff is really welcoming and helpful. The most fun I probably had was during a short trip to a traditional restaurant in the countryside.
I definitely want to visit the Hostel and all of their staff and friends again some time!
